Recently updated, this spacious 2BR/2.5BA townhouse sleeps up to 10! Relax on the balconies off of each bedroom and enjoy the sounds and breezes from the Gulf. 1 King size bed, 1 Queen size bed, 2 Twin size beds, 1 sleeper sofa. Sunday to Sunday rental during the peak season. Only one parking spot available per condo. Canopies or tents are not allowed on this beach. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available to rent from the attendant.

Destin, Florida is known as "the worlds luckiest fishing village", but we do not stop there! The whitest beaches of Florida and the Emerald Green waters are unmatched. Shop in an outlet mall, an upscale outdoor mall, or one of many boutique stores. When you are through shopping, there are endless places to enjoy the local fare or just get a quick bite. Family Spring Break Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family joined seven other families in the same condo complex for a spring break trip. We’ve traveled together for years and have always gotten one house. With kids getting older, we decided to try our own places, but still be together. Location was great - near the beach and close to shops and food. The heated pool was also a nice feature of the complex. The condo was decent and clean. Beds were comfortable. Water pressure was good, which is always nice when you’re rinsing off a day in the sun and sand. The carpet upstairs could use to be replaced, but overall it was a nice trip with a nice place to stay. Would return and would recommend to others.

Love this condo

This is our second time staying in condo 45! We love it! We have 2 small kids that absolutely love the bunk beds. The walk to the beach is super close, so if you have lots to carry no worries. great location for all restaurants. Pool is great and warm. Property is clean. We love it here! totally recommend for a family of 4 or 5
