This property was perfect for my wife and my getaway weekend. We desperately needed to destress and relax. The home had everything we needed, was in an amazingly picturesque area, quiet, and close to St. Michaels. We loved sitting on the porch in the morning, sipping our coffee, going into town for our meals and some shopping, and driving around the area. Would definitely stay again.

The Shipwreck Cottage was cozy, cute and peaceful!! Perfect get away for a girls weekend, mini vacation with the family or for a romantic stay. Melissa the host was friendly and answered any questions we had. The sunsets were absolutely gorgeous!! The cottage is close to the town of St Michael’s, along with wineries, shopping and restaurants! We were disappointed that there’s no screened porch, but that didn’t stop us from sitting outside. We can’t wait to come back for another girls weekend!

Had a lovely, very relaxing stay for 4 nights. The house is adorable and cozy. I love all the decorative details. We slept very comfortably and enjoyed the back porch. The house is down a short lane to a lovely body of water. Serene, quiet, and restorative. We enjoyed the short ride to St. Michael's for shopping and good restaurants. We also spent an afternoon stopping into some great antique stores in nearby Easton. Melissa was a great host, kind and responsive!

Summer on the Bay

The cottage was clean and updated and nicely decorated. We had family staying in cottages nearby so we had access to boats and docks. We did enjoy using the bikes that were available. Overall it was a perfect cottage for our vacation on the Bay.
