Get Out and Enjoy the Sun Again.....

You will not be disappointed with this south beach 'beauty'. As it's new owners we have renovated this unit with the attention to detail! You can look forward to new hardwood and tile flooring throughout, new paint, stainless appliances, plumbing fixtures, lighting, furniture, accessories, and linens. With approximately 1000 square feet, this spacious condo can comfortably accommodate 4 guests. The main living area features an open floor plan which includes- a large fully-equipped kitchen with new stainless steel appliances; a dining area that includes a high-top table and jute rug; and a generously-sized living room which is furnished with a queen sleeper sofa, rattan chairs, and a flat screen TV with DVR and HBO. Triple sliding glass doors open from the living area onto the large front deck which is an added bonus for entertaining.

The master bedroom showcases a beautiful queen size cherry bed with linen/lattice headboard. A matching side table and entertainment chest with flat screen TV completes the room. The master en suite has a full tub/shower, along with a roomy closet.

The second bedroom is outfitted with a white cottage-style queen bed,chest, and flat screen TV. It is conveniently located adjacent to the hall bath.

For your convenience, the hall laundry room is equipped with a full size washer and dryer. Covered parking for 2 vehicles is available directly under the condo.

Please note that we do not provide beach chairs, towels, or coolers.

Guests must be 21 years of age to book the property.

Check In is at 4:00 pm and Check Out is at 11:00 am. Earlier times may be granted based on availability.

We loved our stay! The condo was in a fantastic location — we were able to walk everywhere with ease. The décor was charming, and everything was very clean. We’d definitely recommend both the condo and the location.The only downside was the noise from the unit above us; the guests were quite loud at times and it sounded like they were coming through the ceiling.

We arrived early and James was kind enough to let us access the property earlier than check-in time. The condo was clean and amenities were as advertised. A short walk to the beach and restaurants/shops made it a perfect place to stay. We didn’t have to use our car at all. 10/10 would stay here again!

You will in love with the relaxed, small beach town atmosphere of Tybee Island. The drive is only about 4 hours from Atlanta which makes it even better! The best thing about Tybee is that it is a family-friendly, safe beach that you make you instantly feel comfortable and at home. Additionally, It is close to Savannah, making day trips into town easy. There are many historical sites that are in and around the Island, as well as great local restaurants, bars, and shops.

What makes this property unique

A major benefit of this property is that once you arrive and park your car, you will not have to drive again until time to go home. The south beach location is great! The condo is only a few steps to the pier, beach, shops, restaurants, bars. It is also located close to the back river where you can enjoy a quiet beach for relaxing, kayaking, or fishing.
