The location was great for skiing, it is an easy walk to the slopes. A few things that we’re not great are the tiny tvs in the bedrooms. The one in the primary room did not even work. It would be nice if they had some extra blankets for hanging out in the living room and relaxing and the bedding is not that great.

I’m sorry about the small bedroom TVs and that the primary one didn’t work — I’ll have maintenance check and consider larger replacements. Condo close walk to resort/ski

Overall, we had a good stay at this condo. We had 2 unexpected issues - 1) the breaker for the range needed resetting and they sent someone to do that 2) the guest bathroom smelled like cigarette

The condo was clean and well-maintained. The beds were comfortable and the towels were plush. The twins beds in the second bedroom seemed a little small...only complaint.

This condo is exactly what they said it would be. The bus is so close, and walking back is easy and downhill. The condo itself is well stocked with everything you need. We will stay here again.

7 summer days in Steamboat

All in all a great time. Only downside was no A/C with near record temps in Steamboat but the condo itself was comfortable, well appointed and conveniently located an easy 3 minute drive to the base of the resort. A couple of things to note. The unit is on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator. Wasn’t an issue for us but could be for some. The unit faces west which makes for beautiful sunsets but very warm afternoons with the summer temps as they were. The Wild West hot air balloon ride land very near to the property so watching them navigate and land was a fun way to enjoy a morning coffee. We wouldn’t hesitate to rent this unit again if we make it back to Steamboat.

A wonderful and very convenient condo. While a bit of a walk to the slopes, definitely doable, especially if you valet your skis at the slopes. The bus is super easy and next to the parking lot. Hugely helpful. Never needed my car. The kitchen and remainder of the condo is very well stocked for all your needs. Great bathrooms and comfy beds. Helpful ski locker outside front door. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful weekend getaway!

We had a wonderful weekend stay in Unit 2227. It was a beautifully renovated and well equipped unit for our family of four. We enjoyed skiing during the day, with a quick shuttle from the front of the complex, and cozy hot tub to ease our pain every evening! Our boys (12 and 10) enjoyed the heated outdoor pool as well. It felt like a home away from home!
