Well equipped 2 bedroom converted stone house in a quiet location, in the farming village of Rogovici.

Close by are the towns of Tar - 2 km, Porec 12 km, Novigrad 8 km, Motovun 20 km.

This is a most beautiful area of Istria. An ideal base for peaceful days and evenings at home, but with easy access to the coastal and inland sites of Istria. Fantastic wines, tasty local truffle dishes in abundance, beautiful scenery.

Large fitted kitchen, ideal for self catering. The living and sleeping areas are large and well furnished, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable stay. Parking for 2 cars.

There is not a garden. To the front of the house are an open terrace and a covered terrace. The house is securely fenced and gated. Rural tranquillity, friendly people, good food and good wines. There is a safe public children's play area 50m from the house, with swings and slides.

Insgesamt eins schönes Haus. Man muss mobil sein.Kleiner Spielplatz in der direkten Nähe.Nachbarn sehr freundlich. Leider hat der Nachbarshund ausgiebig bis Nachts gebellt.

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub mit der Familie. Das Haus ist sauber und gemütlich. Es war sehr geräumig und wir hatten genug Platz. Klimaanlagen und WLAN haben einwandfrei funktioniert. Besonders hat und der kurze Weg zur Bucht gefallen wo man herrlich baden kann und kostenlos parken.

Schönes Haus

Das Haus bietet viel Platz für eine Familie. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Bäder sind vollig in Ordnung. Das Haus ist mit zwei Klimaanlagen ausgestattet. Die im ersten Stock ist schon etwas älter (etwas laut) im Erdgeschoss ist neu und super. Es gibt an allen Fenstern Fliegengitter und Außenfesterläden.

Urlaub Istrien

Das Ferienhaus liegt in einem kleinen Dorf, von dem aus aber relativ schnell die größeren Städte also auch die verschiedenen Hundestrände erreichbar sind. Man braucht aber auf jeden Fall ein Auto um die Gegend zu erkunden. Ein kleiner Gemüsehändler ist vor Ort. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Urlaub mit viel Ruhe.

Tolles Haus in ruhiger Lage

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und verfügt über Terrasse beim Eingang. Wir waren zu dritt und haben den Aufenhalt genossen. Die zwei Bäder und Klimaanlage sind großes Pluspunkt. Auch ein Smart TV hat uns positiv überrascht. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig aber das haben wir gesucht. Rigovici ist 5 Autominuten von Tar entfernt wo es die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt soviel tolle Gaststätten.

Super schöner Urlaub

Wir hatten ein wunderschöne Zeit in dem Haus. Alle Zimmer waren wie beschrieben und dazu noch 2 tolle Bäder. Das Haus ist sehr groß geräumig, dass man sich auch mal zurück ziehen kann. 2 Klimaanlagen kühlten sehr gut runter. Der Ort ist sehr klein und etwas abgelegen, aber desto ruhiger und entspannter. In 5min bis zu den nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und restaurants. Strände, Quad fahren, Aquapark, Fußballplatz, Höhlenforschung u.v.m.innerhalb einiger Autominuten erreichbar. Alles hat perfekt zusammen gepasst. Nur zu empfehlen.

Abseits vom Trubel

Wir hatten einen schönen Sommer Urlaub, in ruhiger Lage. Mit dem Auto, ist man in 10 Minuten am ersten Strand. Im allgemeinen braucht man meistens nur 15 bis 20 Minuten um in eine Hafen Stadt oder um einen Ausflug zu unternehmen. Schön war auch, der regionale Obst und Gemüse Stand im Ort. Unterkunft ist ausreichend, wenn man sowieso viel unterwegs ist. Alles nötige vorhanden.

Leider nur ein kurzer Aufenthalt…

… da wir einen Stromausfall hatten. Jedoch war die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter top. Nach dem zweiten Tag ohne Strom sind wir dann leider abgereist nach Rücksprache. Schade. Aber das Problem wurde wohl inzwischen repariert. Somit kann ich den Vermieter mit seinem Objekt nur empfehlen 👍🏻 Zum Objekt selbst, die Lage im Dorf ist super… fast nebenan ist ein Obst und Gemüseverkauf, sehr lecker! Das Haus ist nett, manche Möbel vielleicht schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Aber alles in Allem würde ich wieder meinen Urlaub hier verbringen.

Perfect place for a sunny escape

The house lived up to all our expectations. It is located in a tiny rural village, is very well equipped for a family stay, neat and tidy, rooms are spacious, offering superb comfort. Supermarket, fuel station, beach and restaurants are all just a few minutes drive from the house. Contactless checkin and checkout worked seamlessly and communication with the owner was easy and fast. Very pleased all in all.

Ruhiges Haus auf dem Lande

Wer einen Aufenthalt auf dem Land sucht, ist mit dem Haus gut bedient. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sauber und hat auf beiden Etagen eine Klimaanlage. Wir waren dort eine Woche und haben den Aufenthalt genossen. Schräg gegenüber befinden sich ebenfalls Ferienhäuser, die zu unserer Zeit mit Jugendlichen bewohnt waren, die die Nacht zum Tag habe werden lassen (laute Musik). Dieses hat nichts mit dem Haus zu tun, kann überall passieren. Zu empfehlen sind folgende Restaurants in der Nähe: Konoba Perci Konoba Toni Vielen Dank nochmals an den Eigentümer

Angenehme Umgebung, nettes Haus

Der Gastgeber ist sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Nur wegen dem Gastgeber sind wir im Haus geblieben. Mit der Fewo Agentur sind wir nicht zufrieden/mangelhaft.Wir haben keine Entschlüsselungsnummer vom Safe bekommen. Wir haben uns mehrfach gemeldet, aber leider keine Antwort von der Agentur bekommen.

Despite the access problem not being of my making, I refunded €60.00 (a free night) and gave a free extended stay. My prices are already heavily discounted because of Covid. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis war okay.

Die Lage und der Ort Rogovici ist traumhaft. Wenn man Ruhe und Erholung sucht ist man hier genau richtig. Das Steinhaus ist gut eingerichtet und geräumig. Die Sauberkeit der Küche sollte beim Gästewechsel verbessert werden. Ansonsten war alles aufgeräumt und frisch. Leider haben wir die Hausverwaltung nie persönlich angetroffen, um Kleinigkeiten zu klären. Die Zeit in Rogovici hat uns sehr gut gefallen, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten unseren Urlaub in vollen Zügen geniessen.

Schönes Haus, komfortabel und nett eingerichtet

Das Haus ist sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es gibt alles, was man braucht. Es könnte etwas sauberer sein. Außerhalb des Hauses gibt es nur eine kleine überdachte Terrasse zur Straße hin. Das ist etwas schade. Und leider stand das WLAN mehrere Tage nicht zur Verfügung. Wer gern fernab vom Trubel wohnt, ist hier richtig. In Rogovice gibt es nur einen kleinen Gemüseverkauf. Zum Einkaufen oder Restaurantbesuch muss mindestens in den nächsten Ort, nach Tar gefahren werden.

Thanks for the review. The house and village are as described. The internet was down because of a big storm in Istria. T Mobile documented this fact. I escalated the issue as soon as I was made aware (10 minutes). It was all documented. My house keeper was scared to pass by or visit the house alone because of harassment. The house was left quite dirty. The internet router had been interferred with after it had been replaced and had to be replaced again. Rogovici is a rural village. It has no shops. This information is within the property description. The house faces onto a tiny quiet village road. Internet is subject to service availability. We welcome all of our guests and hope they will respect our team of local helpers. We have never in 15 years had such a bad experience. * Communication was aggressive * The house was left dirty with mud, tyre tracks and dirt. * The guests scared our helpers and neighbours. * Despite best efforts to fix internet we were threatened with a bad review. * These people cannot stay in my properties again.

sehr schönes haus

Ruhige Lage ! ca 5 km vom centrum ,meer + restaurantes entfehrnt sauber , super klimatisiert . (ich fahre lieber 5 min als mitten im trubel zu übernachten ) viele interessante ziele ( Nowigrad, Porec,höhlen .. im radius von 20 min Geheimtip: die Mirna bei Kotli ( mal googlen) ca 50 min entfehrnt

WUNDERSCHÖN die 2.

Gerade sind wir zum zweiten Mal in Rogovici gewesen. Vom 16.08 - 30.08.11 haben wir 14 sonnige, entspannte und sehr leckere Tage verbracht! Das Haus ist nach wie vor ein Traum und der Kontakt zu Vermierter und Verwalterin super nett! Wir haben ganz tolles Wetter gehabt und konnten den schlechten deutschen Sommer komplett vergessen. Das Meer war glasklar und mit ca 25°C traumhaft schön. Es war wie nach Hause kommen und wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt!!!!!!!!!!! > garantiert nicht zum letzten Mal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tolles Haus in Rogovicj

Das Haus ist im Orginal genau so schön wie auf den Bildern, es war sehr sauber und die Austattung läst keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben sehr schöne 14 Tage in dem Haus verbracht, nur mein Navi spielte mir zu Anfang einen Streich und entführte uns in ein sehr kleines Dorf in der Nähe von Rogovicj. Die Betreuung vor Ort war sehr gut, es wurde auch unter der Zeit nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Auch bei der Suche nach der besten Bademöglichkeit wurde uns weitergeholfen ( Wir bekamen eine Karte für die Anlage auf Lanterna) Wir waren bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal in Rogovicj.

WUNDERSCHÖN!!!!

Wir haben gerade 2 herrliche Wochen(28.7-11.08.09) in Rogovicj verbracht! Das Haus ist ein Traum und genau wie auf den Bildern(was nicht da ist sind der Wäschetrockner und das Solarium, hat aber nicht gefehlt).Es ist sehr gepflegt, sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wer Ruhe und Landschaft liebt ist hier genau richtig. Wir wurden gut betreut(sehr netter Kontakt zum Vermieter!) und haben nette Menschen, tolles Essen, wunderschöne Ausblicke, unendliche Weiten und schöne Strände vorgefunden.Man braucht aber ein Auto.Ob der Parkplatz für 2Autos reicht wage ich zu bezweifeln.Weit ab vom eigentlichen Tourismus haben wir, unser16 jähriger Sohn und unser Hund und sehr wohl gefühlt und gut erholt!!
