Clean comfortable apartment in great location overlooking the sea.

My family really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The apartment was very clean and well laid out for a family with everything we needed for our stay available in the apartment. The apartment is well located and we explored all over the Island whilst based there. It is close to many shops bars and restaurants but faces onto the sea so is very peaceful for relaxing and watching the sunset! I would recommend this apartment and would return for another visit when I get the chance. You are met by the lovely Mrs Celine on arrival and she explains clearly where everything is and how to work it!! Overall we had a great experience staying in this apartment! 👍

Eenvoudig appartement op mooie locatie

Qua ligging prima plek met prachtig uitzicht op alle voorbijvarende plezierbootjes/schepen en de zonsondergang, meestal lekker verkoelend windje, leuk zwembad, ruim genoeg appartement. Gebouw zelf wel wat ‘armoedig’ en niet zo uitnodigend. Moet je wel even ‘door heen’. Wel dicht bij strandje en gezellige winkeltjes/(eet)tentjes. Al met al fijn weekje gehad.

Nous sommes totalement satisfait de notre séjour a Ibiza l'appartement correspond aux attentes et à la description dans l'annonce ! superbe vue donnant sur la baie de san Antonio et sur un coucher de soleil spectaculaire tout les soirs comme si vous étiez au célèbre café mambo ! Céline a été super comme décris dans les précédents commentaires. nous recommandons avec plaisir !!!!

El apartamento esta bien, muy buenas vistas. No hay persianas y entra bastante luz, si la mar está revuelta suena mucho y para dormir por la noche molesta, y hay un faro enfrente cuya luz está entrando por la ventana toda la noche. Se aparca muy mal en la zona, y aunque se supone que hay una plaza de parking, nosotros no la tuvimos en toda la semana. No tiene aire acondicionado, por lo que no lo veo apto para verano ni para invierno.

Throughly enjoyed our stay in Ibiza, 2 adults and 4 children, great spacious apartment with all basic requirements, the view from the balconies was fantastic, and all shops and restaurants a short stroll away, local beach was a little disappointing, small and sea weedy but plenty of boat trips to prettier places, swimming pool was clean but only a few sun beds available. Only 1 concern was no fire extinguisher or smoke detector in apartment. Which should be compulsory in apartment blocks. Celine was a lovely hostess and Joseph answered all questions accurately. Would recommend and would certainly return and stay again

Ho soggiornata nell'appartamento una settimana. L'ho trovato esattamente come le fotografie. Confortevole, ottima posizione. La signora Celine è stata molto precisa e cortese nell'accoglierci e nel darci tutte le indicazioni. Consigliabile sia per le famiglie sia per un gruppo di amici.. Abbiamo avuto qualche problema con il bagno. Il bidet era fuori uso ed wc ogni tanto rimaneva incantato, sarebbe bastato un piccolo intervento per migliorarlo

Location idéale pour 4 personnes, très fonctionnel avec une vue imprenable sur la mer et le coucher du soleil ! Céline est d'un accueil remarquable et très disponible si besoin. Appartement propre, lumineux et proche de toutes commodités. Je recommande vivement vu le tarif défiant toute concurrence !

breathtaking sunsets!

Stayed at this beautiful apartment for a week and still wanted to stay a little longer. The location is superb - shops, bars, and everything else is within walking distance. The best thing about this apartment are the absolutely breathtaking sunsets! Really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this to everybody we know!

Fantastica semana en Ibiza

"Hemos alquilado los 2 apartamentos del Sr.Josep para una semana. El propietario es una persona muy amable y seria. Aunque en estas fechas solo alquila los apartamentos por meses, nos ha hecho el favor de alquilárnoslos solo por una semana. Hemos tenido el lujo de estrenar la mayoría del mobiliario ya que los apartamentos están recién reformados. A pesar de que en estas fechas el clima no es el ideal, hemos disfrutado mucho de otros aspectos como las vistas, la tranquilidad, la zona y buen ambiente. Intentaremos hacer una escapada en verano ya que hemos disfrutado tanto que nos han faltado días."

APARTAMENTO QUE PODRÍA OFRECER MÁS

El propietario es muy majo, ya que quedamos con él por que veíamos que era el apto económico para la fecha que era y en Ibiza. Pero claro, una vez allí, vimos porqué era económico (que viendo el apartamento, era caro). Sartenes/Ollas bastante en mal estado, un sofá de vellut marrón que daba mucho calor (uno mucho mejor en ikea vale 200 euros), las cortinas casi rotas, faltaba vajilla y cubertería, las habitaciones bastante bien, las sillas del balcón oxidadas, alguna telaraña, falta de limpieza...Incluso la chica que estaba allí para recibirnos con las llaves del apto nos dijo que ella llevaba varios aptos del edificio y que ninguno estaba así, que si ella lo llega a saber no da la cara por este apto. Si lo arreglar y cambian estas cuatro cosas (tienen un ikea bien hermosos en la zona), valdría lo que cuesta. Otro año llamaremos directamente a la chica que nos atendió, porque la zona nos encantó y el apartamento tb.

Why they chose this property

We rented this apartment in one of our summer trip to the island, with the whole family, in 2001. We both liked the surroundings, fantastic views, walks along the seashore, its location, its tranquility by one side and the party in the other side of the building. After that experience, we decided to buy it and go every year since then. The rest of the time rented.
