Fantastic nice penthouse in two floors of high standard. Located in a nice area above Burriana Beach. The house has three large terraces totaling 150m2 with a fantastic view over the Mediterranean and the Aljamar mountains. The terraces are in different weather conditions, which means that you can find shade and sun all day.

On floor 1 there is a living room where you reach two of the terraces, which are equipped with seating areas and sun loungers.

On the same floor is the kitchen which is well equipped with micro, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also an exit to one of the terraces. On this floor there is also a double room, a fully equipped bathroom and a guest toilet.

On floor two there are two further bedrooms with double beds, as well as a brand new renovated bathroom. Here you have access to the roof terrace which has a panoramic view of the sea and Nerja.
A total of 6 beds, AC is available in all rooms

There is a swimming pool in the area and the beach is 5 minutes walk away.

There is a large selection of restaurants by the beach. If you want to go into the city center, where there is everything you could wish for in the food path, it takes about 15 minutes to walk.

Fantastic location, comfortable home.

We are two Canadian couples, looking for a walkable neighbourhood in which to spend our month long holiday. This location was ideal, although guests should be aware there are lots of steps to the property. We absolutely loved the large outdoor spaces of the home. Sadly, the pandemic meant that we had to cut short our visit to Nerja, and in the days before our flight, we were able to enjoy the fresh air, the spectacular views of the Mediterranean and of the mountains from those outdoor spaces. We hope to return one day!

Very relaxing stay.

My sister and I stayed with our teenage children we all really enjoyed our stay and the accommodation was perfect for us. A very short walk to the local supermarket and a ten minute walk to the beech however a good twenty coming back up to the apartment a steep hill and we are not gym girls. You can walk into the centre of Nerja from where we were but it is a good 30 min walk or a very good taxi service and cheap at around 6 euros. the centre has lovely roof top terrace restaurants and plenty of shops to look at and a beautiful square you can sit and relax and people watch.

Ett fantastiskt hus med en magisk utsikt, med kanonläge nära Buriana stranden. Unga som gamla njöt av vistelsen.

Stort rymligt hus med luftiga rum och terrasser.

Bra utrustat med både porslin och andra köksartiklar. Vi var 15 personer och alla hade mycket utrymme och kunde vara någonstans utan att vi trängdes. Fräsch inredning och utemöbler med en bra grill som vi nyttjade mycket under vår resa. En nackdel med toaletterna där två av dem var svår att spola då fick vi använda oss av extra vattenhinkar. Lugn gata och nära till affär för att handla mat. Jag kan mycket väl tänka mig att åka tillbaka dit igen.
