Superb Penthouse apartment, with outstanding roof terrace enjoying sunshine all day with views over the gardens & pools of Oasis de Capistrano! There is a spacious family shower room too. While the property is elevated with a private position allowing a naturally ventilated ambience however it has AC for cooling & heating installed to the living area for your comfort
The property is well sitiuated for the main pool area at Oasis & the walk way down to the the popular Burriana Beach is just across the road by the Roman Aquaduct
