- THE ENVIRONMENTS -
The apartment is on two levels.
The ground floor consists of a lounge / dining room with a 6 people table, comfortable sofa for 6 people, kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom, and a terrace with a dining table for 6 people .
A staircase (with DOOR for child safety) leads to the upper floor that consists of a bedroom with terrace, a double bedroom and a new bathroom with a shower.
All bedrooms are prepared with care and will be provided with bedsheets.
Each bathroom will be provided with a set of three towels per person and toiletries such as soap, shampoo, headset and hair dryer.

Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL) Permit - Allows:
- Parking in the blue paid parking spaces at a reduced rate throughout the municipality of Monte Argentario
- Parking for free, without time limits (exclusively in the parking lot near the house that we will indicate NOT private - NOT guaranteed - based on availability)
- Access to the limited traffic zone (EXCLUSIVELY TO ACCESS THE TOWN - NOT THE SEASIDE)
Permit fee: €50 for the entire stay.
(€30 for short stays - 2 nights)

- Extra cleaning and linen change: upon request at the time of booking or to the on-site staff and subject to availability and quotation.

From 8:00 PM to 9:30 PM, the cost for a late check-in is €50.
From 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM, the cost for a late check-in is €80.
From 11:00 PM to 12:00 AM, the cost for a late check-in is €100
