House with garden overlooking the lake a few steps from the sea

The house is located in Sete, city of the Petite Camargue, southern France. It is located 100 meters from the Etang de Thau, salt lake swimming in communication with the sea, at 2000 meters from the sea, 20 minutes from the City University of Montpellier, 20 minutes Île des Loisirs in Cap D'Agde.
