The house is located in Sete, city of the Petite Camargue, southern France. It is located 100 meters from the Etang de Thau, salt lake swimming in communication with the sea, at 2000 meters from the sea, 20 minutes from the City University of Montpellier, 20 minutes Île des Loisirs in Cap D'Agde. Fishing town, thirst Summer triples its inhabitants thanks to a splendid sea and a strategic location between the Provence and Spain, the Camargue and history. The house is part of a two-family housing: the other part is rented annually to residents. The two buildings are completely independent. The entrance is by a private gate: the property is completely fenced on all four sides. The garden extends all around the house, even though for most of the back, where you can enjoy many shady spots. The entire garden is exclusive of tenants. The house has private parking spaces within the giardinoAll'interno it is a large six-room with kitchen, large living room of double volume, three bedrooms (two downstairs and one upstairs), large hall on the first floor overlooking the dining room, two bathrooms, plus a utility room on the ground floor. The small pool is only present in the summer (June to September). And 'allowed access to housing of pets (dogs, cats), but only after notifying the owner. The house is situated in front Étang De Thau salt lake swimming in communication with the sea. The beaches are located about two kilometers from where begins a sandy coastline that stretches over 12 km. In many cities the tourist attractions (restaurants and bars along the pier) and folk events (races of boats in the Channel, jousting tournaments) and music (Jazz Festival, concenti, etc) .very interesting also markets fixed, Arabic style and numerous car markets weekly. Just 30 km you can visit the City University of Montpellier. Reaching Sète is not difficult, as it is one of the major French ports and a tourist destination rather, chosen each year by many visitors. The A9 motorway, which follows the French coastline, runs a few miles from town, and a 5-minute drive from the center there is a train station from which you can easily reach Paris, Roissy and other locations and not national. Montpellier airport is a twenty minute drive. Prices are for 6 people. Each additional person (up to 9) has to pay 10 euros more per day in low season and 15 euros more in high season (July and August) .In the months from November to March and July and August there is a surcharge of 5 Euros per day (regardless of the number of people) for heating: for stays longer than 15 days you can choose to pay only the Staff consumption resulting from reading.
