Lovely, comfortable apartment

Lovely apartment with everything we needed as a couple. It is in the middle of Kaysersberg which is a beautiful little town more to our liking than the much bigger and busier Colmar. Conveniently there was a car park behind the apartment and a parking permit was provided. Mr Spindler was nearby for any questions and was a friendly and easy going host. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful stay--American woman and 9 year old son

My son and I spent a week at Thierry's flat in August 2023. It's spacious, lovingly cared for, and very clean. --Mobility: Apartment is up one flight of rather steep stairs. And there is a small split level that divides the den and bedroom from the entrance/eating area/kitchen --Bed comfort: mattress is fairly hard but comfortable. Soft linens. The pillows are awful, lumpy, and need to be replaced. --Kitchen: Plenty of everything for cooking full meals. The oven takes some figuring out but worked great once I understood how to operate it. When I arrived, there were only cheap steak knives for cutting so I purchased and left behind a butcher knife. Some spices, oils, and vinegars, tea, coffee, sugar, and flour all left by other guests. --Location: Perfection. Kayserberg is a wonderful mix of tourism and locals living there. The apartment itself is right in the center of the village. I wanted to throw open the cottage windows every morning and start singing Beauty and the Beast. Parking: Paid parking immediately outside the cottage. Paid hours are 9:00-19:00. Free overnight. Thierry provides optional parking tickets you can purchase for 5 Euros good for 24 hours. You pay him cash at the end of your stay. Or pay the machine in the parking lot for an hour or two. Or park for free at the supermarket which is about a 12 minute walk away. Supermarket: Large and has everything you need for self catering. WiFi was fast enough for a Zoom meeting.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich, stilvoll, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Gastgeber ist sehr herzlich und entgenkommend und stellte umfangreiches Informationsmaterial zur Verfügung und hat uns alles geduldig erklärt. Gemütlich, komfortabel, zentral

Mit meinem kleinen Hund wurde ich von Thierry herzlich Willkommen geheißen. Er half Gepäck tragen, hatte mir ganz nah einen Parkplatz freigehalten (ein Kunststück am Wochenende des Adventsmarkts) und informierte mich über alles, was ich tun könnte. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und komfortabel, ich fühlte mich sehr wohl. Sie liegt mitten im Zentrum vom schönen Kaysersberg und ist dennoch ruhig. Alles perfekt, wirklich gar nichts zu meckern -;)

Wundervolle Ferienwohnung in schön restaurierten Fachwerkhaus

Wir haben selten Urlaub in einer so perfekt ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung gemacht. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden und es ist genau so schön wie auf den Fotos. Die Wohnung liegt am Rande der Altstadt, man kann zu Fuß alles gut erreichen und kann auch von dort direkt los wandern. Herr Spindler ist ein sehr aufmerksamer, freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Er gab uns zahlreiche tolle Tipps, die uns den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gestaltet haben. Wir können diese Wohnung von ganzem Herzen empfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder - Merci beaucoup Monsieur Spindler!!! und hoffentlich auf Wiedersehen!
