A stylish and comfortable seaside family home in Broadstairs. This semi detached home is situated in a quiet residential street with 5 minutes walk to the station and 10 minutes walk to the cafes, bars, restaurants and sandy beaches of Broadstairs.
There is a large kitchen/dining room with all the amenities you need including dishwasher, oven/hob, microwave, and large fridge freezer. The dining room can sit 6 extending up to 12. From the dining room through the double French doors to the lovely relaxing conservatory is the garden.
The downstairs utility room includes washing machine, tumble drier and additional shower with toilet.

The conservatory with plants has 4 seats with French doors out to the patio and decked garden with furniture for relaxing in the summer sun.

The large living room has two comfortable sofas, Sky TV, DVD player and wood burner.

There are two double and two single bedrooms. , both with a small double bed. Three rooms have cupboard space. The newly refurbished bathroom has a bath, shower, sink and toilet.

Bed linen and towels will be provided and guest will be able to use bedroom furniture for their belongings.
Travel cot available if needed at an extra charge.(Please let us know if you require a travel cot).
There is side access to the garden also.
We have a very friendly cat and there is a 10% discount if the the guests would like to feed him while they stay. This is optional.
