We are from the Uk and have owned the villa from new in 2007. Sadly we cant get out her frequently enough, but it is great to know so many other people can enjoy the property and its special location
Why they chose this property
The Murdeira resort is a gem, clean, well run with all the facilities, but best of all, the views across the sea and cove towards Mount Leone
What makes this property unique
Vivenda Oleander is over 150sqm plus 3 outside terraces, offering sun or shade as you prefer. The airflow through the property is easily controlled by opening various windows/doors and allows a pleasant cooling breeze when you require it..OR for the occasions it does get too hot, there is air conditioning in every room
