NL: we hebben dit appartement 2 keer gehuurd omdat onze dochter een semester in Florence studeert. Het bevindt zich op een geweldig punt, alles is dichtbij maar toch heel rustig. De eigenaresse is heel aardig en makkelijk met aankomst en vertrektijden, heel prettig. Er stond een fles wijn voor ons klaar en de sleutels konden we gewoon achterlaten bij vertrek (onze vlucht was laat in de middag). Er is een groot nadeel: het is niet schoon! Er is ook een lek in de rioleringsbuis waardoor een nare geur van het hofje stijgt. IT: abbiamo affittato qs appartamento 2 volte il mese scorso. Si trova in pieno centro quindi tutto è vicinissimo. L'appartamento è molto tranquillo e la proprietaria molto gentile. Orari di arrivo e partenza non sono mai stati un problema. Per noi, abituati a standard "nordici" di pulizia l'unica pecca è stata proprio questa. La cucina avrebbe bisogno di una rigorosa pulizia e tutta la casa di una mano di pittura. Dal cortile sale un odore sgradevole dovuto al fatto che le tubature della fognatura non sono bene allacciate e quindi perdono. Se ti giri nel letto della camera piccola ti svegli per il gran rumore che fa! Un gran peccato! con qualche piccolo accorgimento (biancheria nuova e pulizia migliore) qs casetta potrebbe essere un gioiellino!

"The apartment is very well located, just in the center of Firenze, 3-4 minutes walk to Dome and Piazza della Signoria (15 minutes walk from train station). The building was quiet, the apartment clean and with everything we needed, the beds were very comfortable. The supermarket is right in the piazza in front of the building. On the same street is a bakery and 3 minutes away, on Via del Corso, a great pasticceria ("Cucciolo") with excellent food. The owner was very, very kind, trustworthy and quick in responding to our questions/request. I really do recommend you to stay here if you want to visit the beautiful Firenze!"

"La casa è carina, silenz...

"La casa è carina, silenziosa e in una posizione davvero strategica per visitare la città dal momento che si trova in pieno centro. Sotto casa c''è un supermercato sempre aperto, tutti i giorni inclusi i festivi, dalle ore 9 alle 21. L''unica pecca, oltre ad essere un quarto piano senza ascensore, è la pulizia, non che la casa fosse del tutto sporca ma non era pulita in modo adeguato a ricevere degli affittuari, c''era polvere e i bagni non erano in ottime condizioni,(es. il bastone che regge la doccia rotto e lo scarico del secondo bagno difettoso). Altro neo è la finestra sul tetto che si trova in una delle due camere( a proposito letti singoli in entrambe),non è possibile oscurarla e la mattina può essere fastidioso il sole in faccia. Per il resto però la casa è fornita di tutto e se si è dei ragazzi come noi e ci si sa adattare senza pretendere la perfezione è un''ottima soluzione per visitare una splendida città non spendendo molto per l''alloggio."

"Super appartement d''une situation géographique extraordinaire. Aucun bruit de rue, car au 4ème étage d''un vieil immeuble sympa ! C''est génial. Seul petit bémol : arriver avec les valises jusqu''au centre de Florence, mais tout se tente ! Le parking porta Romana est cher : 20 euros/jour. Mais impossible de se stationner ailleurs. L''hôtesse est adorable et ses petits biscuits d''arrivée sont exquis ! Adresse à conserver et à transmettre aux amis ! Nous sommes prêts à retourner dans cet appartement."

"We really enjoyed those days in this apartment. Everything was ok! Maria and her husband received us with simpathy and showed all the equipments in the kitchen and bathroom. The apartment is very comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped (but I sugest a microwave). There isn't a internet connection. It's in the 4th floor, no elevator. In the heart of the city, in this apartment we could feel how is the Italian style of life. We enjoyed our stay and intend to come back again!!!"

"Appartamento situato strategicamente, tra piazza della Signoria e il Duomo. 4 piani di scale da salire ma ne vale la pena: assolutamente nessun rumore dalle strade. L'unica cosa che mi ha lasciato perplesso è la finestra sul soffitto di una delle due camere da letto: non si può oscurare. I proprietari sono molto gentili e ci hanno anche lasciato rimanere fino a dopo pranzo il giorno della partenza (avevamo il treno a metà pomeriggio). Le attrezzature che abbiamo usato (caldaia, frigo, cucina, televisore, phon e doccia)erano tutte perfettamente funzionanti e l'appartamento è ben tenuto."
