In the heart of New York Wine Country! Amazing home on Owasco lake! 3800 square feet to enjoy, right on the lake, 3 huge decks, dock, NEW IN 2021 SUNSET LOUNGE WITH WINE COOLER, OUTDOOR TIKI BAR, party room, boat launch, garage. This house has modern amenities like cable TV, full kitchen, microwave, coffee area, ping pong table. We're pet friendly too! Fantastic sunroom to read the paper or just enjoy the view of the lake. PRIVATE and RIGHT ON THE LAKE. Floating deck for the kids.

6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. IN JULY AND AUGUST 1 WEEK MINIMUM, SATURDAY TO SATURDAY. The rest of the year 2 night minimum.

The lake is great for swimming and has a pebble beach! The lake is shallow for 10-15 feet out so its good for kids, pets, etc. We have a large grass yard surrounding the property as well as a small stream, and its very private, there are few other houses in the area. The house is only about 20 feet from the lake!

Syracuse Graduation weekend

This place was the perfect location to be near or as near as we were going to get to the University for Graduation. Unfortunately we barely got to enjoy the outdoor amenities, which looked absolutely gorgeous. We'd love to book again when we have more time to enjoy the area
