Great place in a great location!
Stefano was very helpful and easy to get a hold of! He helped us figure out the best/cheapest way to get to Venice and gave very clear instructions, as well as great food recommendations (YUM!). The apartment was very clean and in a great location! Nice and quiet, but not far from the grande canal! Would definitely recommend this property for your stay in Venice!

We stayed here for a week in November, 2017. It was great!
The apartment is small. It isn't fancy. But it has everything you need. You can cook a meal. But why would you? You can make a great cup of coffee. Essential for the start of the day!
The neighborhood is quiet. And the location is great. It is about a 7-10 minute walk to the train station. The COOP is nearby as well.
Stefano is an excellent host. He met us at the apartment and gave us great information about the apartment and Venice, including tips on restaurants, water taxies, and getting around Venice.
If you want a simple place that will give you a great launch pad to explore Venice, book this place!

Peter was a considerate guest, the apartment was left really clean and tidy and communication was easy. I would like to have always guests like them.
Great place for Venice
Stefano's place is in a nice location for Venice. Close the train station, but nice and quiet at night. Sefano is very helpful and responds very quickly to any questions or needs. The apartment has everything you need. It was unusually hot during our stay with no AC, but there's a ceiling fan you can turn up and windows to move some air. Would recommend this if for anyone who wants a little quiter place in Venice.

This place had everything we needed and was in a great location.
It was close enough to walk to every main attraction but far away enough that it was quiet at night to sleep. The restaurants very close to the apartment were filled with locals which, to me, is always a good sign.
The apartment had everything that was needed in terms of staying in and cooking. No AC, but there was a fan and a few windows to open for airflow.
Stefano, the owner, was very personable and helpful with places to see and restaurants to eat.
Would highly recommend staying here!
Peaceful location
We really enjoyed our stay at Stefano's apartment in Venice. The location was perfect - close to train station and water bus, but quite neighborhood. Stefano met us at the apartment and gave us suggestions and tips on enjoying and navigating Venice. He was easy to communicate with and responded quickly during our stay.
