Carefully maintained villa offering sea and mountain views. Wooden terrace overlooking the beach served by a staircase. East/west orientation.
Quiet area. Many restaurants nearby.
If you arrive late in the evening or in the late morning we can reserve a table at the Oasis restaurant 100 m from the villa.
Located 10 min from Porticcio, 25 min from the airport and 30 min from the city centre of Ajaccio and its port. Local shops within walking distance.

Ideal for holidays with family or friends in an idyllic setting.
For each reservation, a basket of Corsican specialties will welcome you and treat you small and large.

The villa consists of:

Best home in Corsica

Breathtakingly beautiful views from the large lanai overlooking a great beach. The house had 3 large bedrooms and great bathrooms for all 9 of us. The kitchen was well equipped and a great BBQ for grilling. We don't usually return to a destination but this island has it all, along with this vacation home, to make us want to return over and over again

Superbe maison les pieds dans l'eau, trÚs fonctionnelle et bien équipée, climatisation trÚs performante. Super espace terrasse extérieure, avec douche pour se rincer, ombre, le tout sur la plage trÚs peu fréquentée. On recommande !

La maison et l'emplacement sont un rĂȘve. nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© chaque jour dans un cadre magnifique. Dans la maison elle-mĂȘme, le mobilier est agrĂ©able, propre et fonctionnel. La cuisine ne laisse rien Ă  dĂ©sirer. Le contact avec la gestion immobiliĂšre a Ă©tĂ© exemplaire. simple et toujours rapide Ă  joindre si vous avez des questions. Tout est absolument recommandĂ© !!! Fantastic Villa in breathtaking location

We were a group of 5 adults and 4 teenage kids. The Villa is well equipped including a Weber gas BBQ and a Nespresso machine. The adult rooms are spacious and nicely furnished, two of which on the upper floor with sea view. The third is smaller and on the ground floor (Windows to the back yard/street), but still nicely furnished. The kids room is also in the ground floor facing the back yard/street.There are two well-sized bathrooms and two toilets. The terrasse has a big dining table, 4 large sunbeds, a shower, beach entrance and a cosy lounge area under an old olive tree. There is a shy and well-mannered house cat, which we were asked to feed every day on the terrasse. She never entered the house or begged for food at the table. The Concierge Julie was very helpful, flexible on arrival time and answered almost instantly on any email or WhatsApp messages at any time of day. The sea and beach is very clean with only few visitors from the surrounding houses. There are rocks to explore and jump from and great snorkling sites. A restaurant and beach bars are in 5-10 min walking distance. A 7day Carrefour in 15min. We had an exceptional vacation and can highly recommend this Villa on beautiful Corsica. (car required!)

Emplacement au top

Séjour magique avec terrasse ombragée et accÚs mer direct. L eau est transparente et les couchers de soleil à 2 pas. La maison est trÚs fonctionnelle et la literie de qualité. Bref, rien à redire. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Fantastique, les pieds dans l eau

Une maison au bout de la presqu’üle les pieds dans l eau. On accĂšde Ă  la plage en 7 marches et Ă  une seconde plage en 30metres. PropretĂ© impeccable, maison ouverte prolongĂ©e d une grande terrasse ombragĂ©e aux heures chaudes et orientĂ©e sur la mer. Vivement recommandĂ©, nous reviendrons.

Magnifique

TrÚs bel endroit, maison trÚs bien située les pieds dans l'eau, trÚs bien équipée.. Malgré qq désagréments qui ne sont pas du fait des propriétaires qui sont trÚs disponibles, ce qui a malheureusement cassé le cÎté idyllique et entaché un peu nos vacances ( travaux) , ce petit coin est un paradis...

Accueil trĂšs sympathique .Localisation remarquable de cette maison abritĂ©e des vents d’ouest et qui bĂ©nĂ©ficie d’un accĂšs Ă  la plage direct et sĂ©curisĂ© pour les enfants .Equipement bien adaptĂ© pour notre famille (5 adultes et 4 enfants) : cuisine,barbecue, salon de terrasse, transats, jeux de plage pour les enfants .....Les 2 chambres Ă  l’étage avec balcons ont une vue mer superbe .Grande terrasse pour les repas ou la dĂ©tente .En rĂ©sumĂ© : ce fut pour tous un grand plaisir.

Wonderful House on the Water

We had a wonderful week at this house! The owners are sweethearts and everything we needed was there. The location is amazing. The view is amazing, with blue water in the foreground and snowcapped mountains in the background. We wish we could spend a few months in this spot, just looking at the view and going for a dip when it gets warm.

Pas facile de qualifier notre semaine de location tellement nous nous sommes plu à Isolella ; j' ai meme fait le lapsus de dire Isolabella. Maison confortable, rien ne manque; et la vue devant notre mer calme, abritée était extra ordinaire en 2 mots . Seul défaut , c'est que nous ne sommes pas les seuls à apprécier la maison et à avoir envie d' y retourner . Car nous y retournerons , la retraite approche. A bientÎt Isolella. "Un sĂ©jour comme on l'avait rĂ©vĂȘ"

SĂ©jour surprise du 20 au 27 mai offert Ă  notre petite "tribu". Grands et petits ont Ă©tĂ© Ă©poustouflĂ©s par le paysage et la position exceptionnelle de la maison -plage au bas de l'escalier et montagne en face-. La maison est trĂšs confortable et la terrasse gĂ©niale pour une vie Ă  l'extĂ©rieur. MĂȘme l'eau Ă©tait Ă  tempĂ©rature !!! tout le monde a adorĂ©. Parfait!

Nous revenons de ce lieu paradisiaque parfaitement reposés. Nous étions 3 couples d'une soixantaine d'années avec une petite fille de 7 ans. La maison est parfaitement équipée pour qui aime cuisiner. La vue est enchanteresse et la plage sécurisée nous a permis de laisser Louise mener sa vie avec les petits copains , à la recherche de poissons et d'étoiles de mer, alors que nous étions sur la terrasse... Madame LEONARDINI est charmante , trÚs accueillante. Nous reviendrons.
