About this property

Mini-villa with pool by the sea at the Port of Taverna - Costa Verde

Semi-detached single storey villa, completely renovated with covered terrace. Located in a 5 ha park planted with trees and fenced with, many free activities with free access: volleyball, table tennis, pétanque and a large swimming pool open from mid-June to mid-September. Quiet, access is prohibited to vehicles at the height of the season and the parking is secured by an electric gate.

The beach is located about 600 m. Closer, the small marina of Taverna, with its ice-cream bars, restaurants and multi-media point, also offers sea trips, first dive and boat rental.
The seaside resort of Moriani-plage at 3 km brings together all the shops and useful services.

Die Wohnung ist zwar klein aber wirklich fein eingerichtet. Sehr sauber und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, sodass man sich problemlos selbst versorgen kann. Vom Haus aus haben wir tolle Ausflüge unternommen und konnten auch bequem zu Fuß zum Strand laufen. Poolbereich haben wir nicht genutzt. Außerdem gibt es in der Nähe ein tolles Restaurant, das ebenfalls gut zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden die Wohnung definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Dans l'ensemble nous avons passé un bon séjour. L'emplacement de l'hébergement est bien pour des vacances à la plage, cependant si vous voulez visiter la Corse attendez-vous à faire beaucoup de route. L'hébergement est bien sauf la chambre dans les combles qui est assez petite et qu'on n'avait pas bien réalisé cet aspect sur les photos. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et nous ont donné de bons conseils !

Een nette woning met alles wat je nodig hebt. Aardig eigenaren, persoonlijk ontvangs en rondleid. Zwembad is fijn.en afstand naar het strand dichtbij. In de haven was nog verrassend veel te doen in avond. Prima tijd gehad, aanrader om te verblijven.

Wunderbare Unterkunft in toller Lage

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön. Alles da, was man braucht und alles in sehr gutem Zustand. Die Anlage ist sehr schön und der Pool das Highlight für die Kinder. Der nahe Strand ist auch im August nicht überlaufen. Die Lage des Hauses ist für Ausflüge sehr gut geeignet. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir können das Haus wärmstens empfehlen.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison où rien ne manque. Cuisine fonctionnelle, climatisation, bonne literie, terrasse ombragée et agréable, le tout dans une ambiance saine et propre. Les enfants ont trouvé dans la résidence des copains et copines, une piscine et une plage tranquille. Aux alentours, il y a pas mal de balade, lieux insolites et activités à condition de faire quelques km. Enfin, les propriétaires sont disponibles, charmants et sympathiques.
