Puerto de Mogan has its own micro climate and 320 days of warm sunshine per year, nestled in between hills that shelter you from the wind.

Centrally located just 3 minutes walk from the sandy beach, this top floor apartment is suitable for up to 4 adults. Choose to dine on the spacious 9m2 balcony, or soak up the sun all day long on the roof terrace. If you need to cool down, unwind in the shade under the pergola or cool down in the rooftop shower. The roof terrace is equipped with 3 sun loungers, a table and chairs for 4 if you would like to dine alfresco. Please note access to the roof terrace is along a short corridor and up one flight of stairs.

The lounge has two 3 seat, easy to use double sofa beds, air conditioning, ceiling fan and smart TV with satellite. Just off the lounge is a new fully equipped kitchen, including oven, microwave, fridge freezer and coffee machine. You also have access to a balcony from the lounge and bedroom, where there space for dining for 4 people.

The main bedroom has a ceiling fan and en-suite bathroom, with shower, WC, washbasin and heated towel rail. There is also an extra toilet and wash basin just off the entrance hall.

The apartment has secure entry and can be accessed by elevator or stairs.

Location
Puerto de Mogán has a picturesque beach where the waters are calm, shallow and child-friendly. Known as Spain's Little Venice for its bridges and pretty buildings, it’s an idyllic spot to enjoy the sunshine. With over 75 restaurants and bars, you can enjoy cuisines from many nationalities.

The apartment has everything you need within easy reach. You are less than a minute from the supermarket, bus station and the golden sandy beach is a 3 minute walk away.

Stroll a couple of minutes more along to the picturesque harbour, where you'll find quaint lanes, draped with stunning bougainvillea and more restaurants. The Friday market weaves it's way all though the town and along the harbour.

Vanessa's apartment is really beautiful. Furnished with great taste, very welcoming, with many details that make the difference, first of all the large roof terrace. The second bathroom and the air conditioning system are also very comfortable. The location is quiet, very convenient to the supermarket and three minutes walk from the beach. Certainly one of the best apartments among the many we have stayed in, in the Canaries and elsewhere.

    Lovely apartment

    We had a wonderful 10 weeks at this comfortable and well equipped apartment as returning customers. For us it was perfect. Close to the supermarket, taxi rank and the bus station. Its only a 3 minute walk to the beach and approx 6 minutes to the harbour. Communication with the owner was excellent and any queries were dealt with swiftly

    The flat is in a great location for exploring Puerto de la Mogan. (Great SPAR next door for supplies!). The flat itself was clean and had everything we needed. The hot water seemed temperamental at times but it wasn’t an big issue! Would definitely return, Thanks Vanessa!

    Our first class visit to Pueto de Mogan

    The apartment is very well located, close to all amenities and attractions. It is generally a quiet area. The layout is perfect for a couple. The rooms are all of a good size and in excellent decorative order. The furnishings and appliances are first class and in very good condition. All in all a lovely property in a lovely town.

    No view to speak of, but a great location

    Property was as advertised. One minute walk to grocery five minute walk to beach and shops and restaurants. The rooftop terrace was great. We had one night with someone in the building pounding something at 1 a.m. You are in an apartment building with residence so this kind of thing happened

    Perfect location. Lovely apartment for 2 adults.

    I think it would be kind to renters if it was made clear that to reach the lovely terrace you have to leave the apartment and climb a flight if stairs. Not brilliant if wanting to eat a meal or such .

    Perfect relaxing space

    We loved that everything was on hand. Bus station,taxi rank and the supermarket. Only 5 minutes walk to the beach and just a little further to the harbour. We had lovely meals out but could also cook in the apartment as all necessary tools and equipment was available. Loved the roof terrace so we could escape and enjoy our own space. We have booked again for next year and for 3 weeks longer!

    Perfect apartment and location

    We have just returned from our second time at Vanessa’s apartment . Mogán is a lovely resort and the apartment has everything to make your holiday more enjoyable . It’s home from home . Carin and Harry meet us at the Airport , which is really good . They live in the apartment next door and are always available if you need them . The location is perfect , so close to beach , restaurants , shops . The roof top Terrace is great , that’s where we spent most of our time . The only down side is , we had to come home .     Stress busting Mogan

    We had a fantastic 3 week break, the whole process from booking with Vrbo, communication with Saioa and final arrangements including transfers was seamless and easy.The apartment was excellent and as advertised roomy and airy with great facilities and perfect location; just back from the hustle and bustle of the front and beach. Additionally there a few cafes and restaurants on the ground floor if the block and a SPAR within 50mts if the foyer.     A lovely, comfortable apartment in a great location

    We've been visiting Puerto de Mogan for the last 7 years, but staying around the corner in Taurito. This year, we decided to spend a week in Taurito, then a week in PDM, and found this apartment online. From the photos, we knew exactly where it was - a great location, near to all the shops, and a very short walk to the beach, harbour, restaurants and bars. It's a really nice, comfortable, well-equipped apartment, with lovely furniture, great wi-fi and Smart TV, and a very nice kitchen. Both the balcony and the sizeable roof-top terrace are great for relaxing and sun-bathing, and also for watching the world go by, with very nice furniture on the sun terrace. All in all, a lovely apartment, in a lovely part of the world!

    Excellent holiday

    Nice to be met at the ariport and driven to the apartment by Karin and Harry. The apartment was very welcoming and provided all that we needed. The bed was particularly comfortable and the kitchen facilities enabled us to have breakfast and lunch in the apartment every day and have dinner on several evenings as well. The proximity of the Spar was great as we could pop over there on a daily basis and if necessary drop off the rubbish en route. Also a great position for access to the beach which we used regularly, more as the holiday went on as we enjoyed the chance to swim in the sea when over-heated. We also enjoyed the roof terrace, particularly at the start of the holiday but realised we needed the sea and the breeze to cool down. Nice to have restaurants nearby where we were able to enjoy several meals. Overall we had a great 3 weeks and returned home relaxed and rested. We would certainly recommend this apartment to others.     Just ok

    There were a couple of things which I was not happy with firstly there was hot water but it was not working in the shower it was cold turned to get hot no pressure there ? Secondly floors in the apartment were dirty at to wash them and the roof top terrace was very dirty floor also cushions sorry but I did not expect it to be like that very disappointing

    Excellent location with everything walkable within Puerto de Mogan. Near bus station from airport and a Spar supermarket across the road. Good-sized comfortable apartment. Star feature is the roof terrace which is accessed out of the flat and up main stairs. A huge private space for sun or shade to relax on a lounger or est at tge table. Very pleasant stay despite best efforts of Storm Therese! Would love to return.

    Entspannte Tage auf der Dachterrasse

    Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der mit allem ausgestatteten Wohnung. Der Balkon an der Wohnung plus private Dachterrasse im Ortszentrum machen diese Unterkunft zu etwas Besonderem. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermietung ist angenehm einfach und spontan.

    toller Kurzurlaub

    Wir waren für 1 Woche hier, das App. war sehr hübsch und sauber und es waren nur wenige Minuten zum Hafen und zum Strand mit allen Bars und Restaurants. Das Highlight ist eindeutig die Terasse, von der man wenigstens einen Blick aufs Meer erhaschen kann. Dafür muss man durch das Treppenhaus eine Etage höher gehen, was für uns aber kein Problem war.Die Holzpergola sorgt für Schatten, Terassenmöbel sind sehr bequem. Der Kontakt mit Carin war sehr nett. Wir können das Appartment jederzeit empfehlen für Paare.kann.kDieHolz.Auchggernetwas Schatten mag.

    Flott opphold i en fin leilighet ,fin beliggenhet med nærhet til alt .vaktmester par carin og Harry hentet oss på flyplassen og skulle også kjøre oss tilbake , men plutselig kunne de ikke det for det var andre som hadde booket før .     Lovely stay

    We enjoyed staying in Puerto de Mogan in this property which is really well situated. My wife was heavily pregnant and we did struggle a little getting parking spaces (these are public) for our hire car close to the property at times. Other than that we had a great time.

    Why they chose this property

    The apartment is close to everything, and it's a flat walk so no hiking up steep hills. There's a market every Friday (Viernes), the lanes around are so pretty to wander around, and the waters so clear you can see the fish in the Harbour.

    There's a really friendly feel to this small town, easy to stroll around, do try the local Honey Rum and fresh seafood!

    What makes this property unique

    The apartment has a great 45m2 sun terrace, with a shower if you need to cool down, there's also a smaller 9m2 balcony. The apartment has been recently refurbished to a high standard and there's a guest bathroom in addition to the ensuite bathroom. Close to beach and shops, so its easy to get shopping. New ice cold air conditioning, ceiling fans and large awning. Roof terrace also has awnings and a shower to cool down with.
