Tolle Lage mit sehr schönem Blick auf das Meer

Unser Apartment in der letzten Reihe ganz oben außen ist wirklich ganz schön gelegen. Eine bessere Wegbeschreibung wäre schön, da man sich schon sicher sein möchte, wenn man die steile Auffahrt hoch fährt, dass man dort richtig ist. Die Ausstattung ist einfach, aber sauber, allerdings wären ein paar neue Stühle für innen und außen angebracht, da sie entweder fast auseinander brechen, oder verrostet sind. Wir waren 5 Tage dort, haben Ausflüge unternommen und Spaziergänge am Meer gemacht. Die Betreuung vor Ort war freundlich von einer jungen Dame, die englisch spricht. Wir können diese Unterkunft empfehlen!

È situato in posto bellissimo,ottimo x gli spostamenti con poca strada si arriva in posti da visitare,i padroni della struttura gentili e disponibili.per concludere io e la mia famiglia ci ritorneremo.

Schöner unkomplizierter Urlaub

Schöne Umgebung und sauberes Haus mit sehr nettem Vermieter. Es war nur zum Teil sehr sparsam Gläser da, wenn man mit 4 Personen da ist.

Splendidamente posizionato ma molto minimalista!

In realtà un appartamento molto carino, in quanto si trova in una posizione molto bella con vista sulla baia. Tuttavia, l'attrezzatura è molto economica. Lenzuola e asciugamani non vengono forniti automaticamente e devono essere prenotati separatamente a pagamento. Le famiglie che arrivano in aereo non possono portare asciugamani e lenzuola per mancanza di spazio e sono informate di provvedere a questi articoli in loco. L'attrezzatura da cucina è scarsa. C'erano esattamente quattro bicchieri d'acqua. Non c'erano bicchieri di vino. Nessun grosso coltello per tagliare carne o pesce. Su richiesta, queste cose sono state poi consegnate, ma con la nota che nell'appartamento c'erano solo quelle cose che erano menzionate anche sul sito web. Siamo spiacenti, ma chi dice che c'è una cucina deve anche assicurarsi che sia ragionevolmente attrezzata. L'investimento non deve essere costoso, sarebbe sufficiente un normale standard IKEA. purtroppo non disponibile. A questo proposito posso solo sconsigliare questo appartamento.

Siamo veramente rammaricati della recensione fornita da Patrick, che non risponde completamene a ciò che ha scritto, sarebbe piu raggionevole essere più veritieri, nel fare le recensioni, piuttosto che sconsigliare la location ad altri ospiti. Il Sig. Patrick ha preteso i calici di Vino nuovi e mia figlia ha provveduto immediatamente, e siamo stai in ognio caso sempre disponibili e attenti alle esigenze degli ospiti, per non farli lamentare, ma in certi casi l'attenzione nostra non viene accolta daglii ospiti, veramente peccato, eppure sembravano ospiti veramente buoni. Pasienza, speriamo bene alla prossima.

Soggiorno a Castellamare del Golfo

Bellissima vacanza . Villetta comoda, tranquilla e silenziosa ottima pulizia, stupenda vista sulla spiaggia di Castellamare. Proprietari ospitali e disponibili a qualunque richiesta, parcheggio privato veramente comodo. posizione strategica sia per la spiaggia locale sia per visitare le città vicine. da consigliare a coppie e a famiglie con bambini. quindici giorni sono volati!

Vue exceptionnelle !

Appartement à l'écart, tranquille et sécurisé. Très propre. Le propriétaire est disponible. La vue de la baie de Castellamare est exceptionnelle. L'appartement est spacieux et comprend toutes les commodités. Parking privé devant l'appartement ou à l'arrière. Une voiture est indispensable pour les déplacements. Un séjour agréable. Endroit à recommander.

Certes, le paysage est ag...

Certes, le paysage est agréable vue sur mer, mais attention on ne peut se rendre à pied à la plage, le logement se trouvant sur les hauteurs, l'accès en voiture est indispensable. La cuisine est sous équipée en accessoires il est donc difficile de préparer à manger. Sur le terrain, il y a un gros chien en cage (un berger allemand) qui sort une fois par jour et se balade un peu partout donc attention aux enfants ! Il y a 8 logements sur le terrain 2 lots de 4 maisons mitoyennes, le logement que nous avons eu était en dessous de nos attentes: clim uniquement dans la cuisine, trop petite pour y manger, Salle de bain avec toilettes cassés, rideau de douche arraché, coupure de l'eau en soirée pendant 10 minutes (il ne vaut mieux pas être sous la douche à ce moment là).La machine à laver est à l'extérieure 'une seule pour tous les logements' et cassée ! Le propriétaire ne parle pas du tout français ni anglais, c'est donc difficile de communiquer et de demander des informations . Mais la plus mauvaise surprise c'est qu'il a refusé de prendre nos chèques vacances (nous devions payer la totalité du séjour avec ), alors que sur le site homelidays, il est bien indiqué "chèques vacances acceptés" et que nous avons échangé de nombreux mails avant la réservation concernant ce moyen de paiement qu'il disait accepter . Donc globalement très déçus !
