Plan the summer vacation of a lifetime in this immaculate, 'beach theme' summer cottage only a 5 minute walk to Roger Wheeler State Beach, the best family beach in Rhode Island. Situated on a huge lot and quiet dead end street, this 4 bedroom sleeps 8 and features many recent updates! Includes dishwasher, air conditioning, open concept living and dining area, and a laundry room with washer/dryer. Outdoor hot/cold shower. All linens, towels, beach supplies provided! Wow!

Sip your morning coffee and read the paper on the large wrap-around deck while your children play in the over-sized yard. Enjoy the outdoor hot/cold shower after the beach. Privacy is ensured on this quiet street.

In addition to the gorgeous beaches, don't forget to take a day trip to Newport to explore the historic mansions and stroll the Cliff Walk as well as ride the ferry to Block Island and of course, indulge in fresh seafood. As a Rhode Island native, we are delighted to provide vacation ideas!

Great family home!

We had a great stay! Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Great deck and backyard. The house was very clean and the owners were very responsive to any questions we had!

Wonderful vacation house!

The house was exactly what we hoped for. Each of our kids had their own bedroom. There was also an additional bedroom if we had needed it. It was an easy walk (over sidewalks) to the beach. The house is very well maintained and air conditioned. The outdoor shower was very helpful as was access to a washer and dryer. The deck was great for hanging out to end our evenings.

In the heart of Narragansett

Very comfortable and clean, complete with all the necessary amenities. Air conditioning was nice to have on a couple of the hotter days. The outdoor shower was super. The beach was within walking distance, and many restaurants close by.

We leave it for for our guests the way we expect it for ourselves and are constantly making upgrades. We love to travel and enjoy creating an unforgettable experience for our guests!

You can see the beach from our home! Great location! Most immaculate property! Light, bright, and tons of outdoor space!

What makes this property unique

The exterior of the home has been remodeled (new roof, siding, new 500 square foot Trex deck, new windows and doors). The interior is constantly getting upgraded. We replace furniture, mattresses, kitchenware, linens, and even appliances on a regular basis for our guests!
