Old typical Canarian house in stone and wood of 75m2 with 2 Bedrooms, the main one with double bed and another one in mezzanine with two single beds, the house is equipped for a maximum 4 Persons, a bathroom with shower, all decorated with much pampering, A spacious living room with fireplace, satellite TV and a free WI-FI internet service for our guests, its fully equipped kitchen with appliances, an outside barbecue with firewood, where you can cook with views of the Atlantic Ocean or the mountains . We have built a place full of tranquility, where you breathe nature, relaxation, intimacy, with plants, fruit trees and flowers. Gesamteindruck

Das Haus liegt in einem wunderschönen, sehr gepflegten großen Garten mit vielen Pflanzen, Blick auf das Meer und das Tal. Schlafen konnten wir gut, da die Matratze im Schlafzimmer (1,40 m) bequem war. Die Küche war unzureichend ausgestattet: die Pfanne verbogen, keine Espressomaschine (die haben wir besorgt), Geschirrhandtücher mussten wir mehrfach anfordern. Die Dusche ist renovierungsbedürftig. Das Haus ist nur sehr schwer zu beheizen. Es gibt elektrische Heizkörper, die aber nur unzureichend beheizen. Der spektakuläre Kamin mit Glasscheibe kann mit zur Verfügung gestellten Holz betrieben werden. Es sieht sehr schön aus, die Wärme geht aber zum großen Teil direkt durch den Kamin nach draußen. DIe Lichtverhältnisse waren aus unserer Sicht ebenfalls ungenügend. Es gibt nur eine lichtschwache Stehlampe im großen Zimmer. Man kann also nur mit dem Oberlicht, was wenig gemütlich ist, lesen. Der Anfahrtsweg ist wie beschrieben, steil und mühselig, aber nach einiger Übung gut zu bewältigen. Die Grundreinigung war unzureichend.

Ausblick vom Haus sehr schön: im Grünen mit Blick auf das Meer. Das Haus ist von einem sehr schönen Garten mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten umgeben. Ein kleiner SUV ist empfehlenswert, da die Zufahrt eng ist. Gute Lage, um Wanderungen zu starten.

Excellente semaine dans la finca San Pablo

Belle demeure à flanc de montagne avec de l'espace autour et même un petit terrain de pétanque. De multiples espaces aménagés en extérieur pour se poser, faire du barbecue, très très sympa. L'hôte pourrait ajouter un lave-vaisselle et un attrape souris (plusieurs souris se promenaient régulièrement dans la maison). L'accès est raide, et les plages relativement lointaines.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Die Finca liegt wunderschön oberhalb von Icod am Hang auf einem sehr grünen aber schönen und gepflegten Grundstück. Der Zugang ist allerdings sehr verwinkelt und steil.

Finca San Pablo

Das Anwesen ist sehr groß mit einem schönen Garten, mehreren Sitzmöglichkeiten und einer gemütlichen Veranda. Das Haus selbst ist eher klein, aber nett eingerichtet. Schade ist, dass die zwei Betten auf der Empore über der Küche in dem offenen Raum nicht so richtig Privatsphäre haben. Auch kann ein Erwachsener kaum oben stehen wegen der Dachschräge, für kleinere Kinder ist die Treppe nach oben eigentlich zu steil…. Wenn das Wetter schön ist, kann man in der Finca eine herrliche Zeit verbringen. Wir hatten leider eine Woche lang auch viel Wolken und z.T. Regen, sodass es drinnen schon etwas eng wurde. Die Finca liegt ganz oben am Hang, ist nur durch viele steile Straßen erreichbar. Mit einem ausreichend motorisiertem Auto kein Problem, aber man kann eben nicht mal noch zum Einkaufen oder Bummeln schnell mal in den Ort hinunter. Wer ruhige Abende an der Feuerschale schätzt, ist in dieser Finca gut aufgehoben. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Wegen COVID waren die Möglichkeiten der Aktivitäten ohnehin eingeschränkt.

Nuestra casa está situada en el monte ,rodeado de una corona forestal con eucaliptos y pinos canarios , lugar protejido y único , parque nacional del TEIDE y bien lejos del turismo masas, la tranquilidad e intimidad es lo que buscan siempre nuestros huéspedes. Turismo rural alejado del centro de las ciudades donde disfrutar tanto en pareja como en familia y más en estos tiempo que vivimos es mucho de desear. Icod del Vinos dans une finca

La région de Icod del vinos est magnifique de par sa végétation et sa proximité de lieux très intéressants comme la visite d'un tunnel de lave, le parc drago, d'un côté Oratava et une route qui mène à Teide et de l'autre côté la route qui mène vers maska. De petits restos locaux bien dissimulés. Vivre sur une finca à flanc de montagne, retiré....c'est magique.

Dedicamos muy esfuerzo a mantener nuestras instalaciones y servicios en nuestra casita de campo con el mayor encanto posible, para nosotros es un orgullo que nuestros huéspedes disfruten de su estancia en nuestra casa de campo en FINCA SAN PABLO, que efectivamente está situada lejos del turismo de masas y en plena naturaleza, rodeada de pinos , eucaliptos y todo tipo de vegetación autóctona de canarias , pero a la vez rodeada de lugares de mucho interés para los visitantes, como la cueva del viento, el pico del TEIDE parque nacional protegido, piscinas naturales, el drago milenario situado en la plaza del pueblo de ICOD de los vinos, y en general toda la isla baja de la zona norte de la isla , donde encontrarán la vegetación y encantos. De nuestra isla afortunada de TENERIFE. En general podréis disfrutar de la tranquilidad e intimidad y privacidad que ofrecemos en nuestra casita de campo. Une maison de campagne bien agréable

Une maison très agréable dans les hauts de Icod. Le jardin est grand (vergers) et la maison spacieuse et bien équipée. Le couple qui s'occupe du jardin, de la maison et de l'accueil est très sympathique. Plein de randonnées à faire derrière la maison. Il vaut mieux par contre être un conducteur aguerri pour monter à san Pedro mais l'effort est récompensé par le calme et la vue.

Finca San Pablo - Ruhe, Entspannung, Natur

Wir durften Ende Mai, Anfang Juni 2019 Gast in der Finca San Pablo sein. Die Anreise war völlig problemlos wenngleich, wie in anderen Rezensionen beschrieben, etwas steil. Ein Leihwagen der Größenklasse Hyunday i20 hat sich als ideal erwiesen. Über die TF5 benötigt man zum Haus nur wenige Minuten (meist im 1. Gang). Der Empfang war nett und die Übergabe unkompliziert. Es gab zwar keine gemeinsame Sprachbasis aber es bedurfte auch keiner vielen Worte. Alles war vorbereitet und vieles selbsterklärend. Der liebevoll gestaltete und gepflegte Garten ist ein Traum. Hier kann man sich wirklich ungestört erholen und genießen. Leider hatten wir an vielen Tagen eine typische Passatwindwetterlage, die zu einer nahezu geschlossenen Wolkendecke und entsprechend etwas kühlen Temperaturen führte. Kein Problem, wenn man, wie wir, viele Wandertouren und Besichtigungen auf der Insel unternimmt, denn schon wenige Höhenmeter mehr oder in anderen Regionen gab es Sonne pur. Das Haus ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir fanden alles so vor, wie es beschrieben wird. An einem kühlen Abend haben wir uns über den offenen Kamin im Haus gefreut und an einem schönen Sommertag über den Grill im Garten. Einzig das Bett empfanden als unbequem und ungewohnt klein. Es sei noch angemerkt, dass sich das Bad/Toilette nur schlecht entlüften lassen. Vielleicht mag dies für den einen oder anderen Gast ein wichtiger Hinweis sein - für uns war es kein Problem. Wir empfehlen die Finca San Pablo allen Gästen, die Ruhe und Erholung suchen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und wären gerne noch länger geblieben! Vielen Dank an die Vermieter und die fleißigen Menschen, die sich um Haus und Garten kümmern!

Eine sehr schöne Abgeschiedene Lokation mit viel Ruhe und Grün!

Es wäre empfelnenswert die Beleuchtung ein bisschen zu verbessern!;-) etwas wärmeres und freundlicheres Licht würde nicht schaden! Ansonsten ist das Haus sehr gut ausgestattet und war sehr sauber!

Quiet area, lovely house and garden

We really enjoyed our stay , the house is very comfortable, and the gardens are beautiful. There are plenty of places to sit in the sun or shade. Sea views and beautiful sunsets, lots of lizards, birds and bats. The weather can change quickly, but you can check the web cams on the island and easily drive to sunshine if that's what you like. The house is in a very quiet area. I would definitely recommend this house

Efectivamente , nuestra casa en finca SAN PABLO, Esta situada en un lugar privilegiado , parque nacional protegido de CUEVA DEL VIENTO. se sentirá en plena naturaleza , siempre rodeados de pinos y flora autóctona ,Donde podrá disfrutar de su encanto y la tranquilidad que ofrece su ubicación , rodeado de plena naturaleza, donde pasar unas estupendas VACACIONES tanto de montaña o playas de arena negra , con una temperatura media TODO el año de aproximadamente 20' , para nosotros como PROPIETARIOS es un placer ATENDERLES en nuestra finca , nuestro compromiso es su tranquilidad y QUE TODO ESTE DE SU GUSTO, NOS preocupamos muchos de los detalles , para que ESTANCIA sea de LO MÁS agradable posible, siempre estamos mejorando y procuramos QUE USTEDES que han decidido HOSPEDARSE EN NUESTRA casa , Se encuentren cómodos y disfruten de UNAS VACACIONES estupendas. Fantastic garden and fine house

After an adventureous journey, the gate of the house appeared. Once opened, a fantastic garden with fruit trees and flowers was visible. A total of 5 terasses were available to offer shade or sun. The house itself was fine with the basics: a kitchen, shower a bedroom and an attic with 2 more single beds.

Gemütliche Finca für vollkommene Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit

Fernab von Straßenverkehr oder anderem Lärm, mitten in der grünen Natur hört man Hähne krähen, den Wind wehen, kann Eidechsen beobachten und hat Blick auf‘s Meer. Herrlich der weiträumige Garten auf einem riesigen Grundstück; viele schöne Sitzplätze. Man ist ganz für sich allein. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern klappte trotz unserer nicht vorhandenen Spanisch-Kenntnisse wirklich gut (E-Mail, Whats-App). Die Wegbeschreibung (auf Englisch) war 1a! Wir wurden ausgesprochen gastfreundlich empfangen. Der Verwalter war mehrmals da und alle waren sehr bemüht um unser Wohl. Das Haus ist mit liebevollen Details behaglich eingerichtet. Die abgeschiedene Lage am Berg hat natürlich ihre Kehrseite. Wenn man sie entsprechend in der Urlaubsplanung berücksichtigt, kann man einen wundervollen Landurlaub haben, zu dem auch Mäuse im Haus wohl einfach dazugehören. Beispielsweise braucht es eine anstrengende Weile, um runter zu kommen. Aus diesem Grund fährt man auch nicht „mal eben schnell“ nach Icod, um z.B. Eis essen oder bummeln zu gehen, zumal der Ort auch nicht attraktiv ist. Nach unserer 1. und sommerlich-warmen Woche Anfang März, in der wir den Garten intensiv genutzt haben, hatte es in der 2. Woche tagsüber leider nur 17°/18°, abends oft nur 10°. Das Grundstück am Berg war eingehüllt in (Regen-)Wolken, während weiter unten meist die Sonne schien. Für längere Aufenthalte drinnen, vor allem bei bedecktem Himmel, war uns das Haus zu dunkel. Das drückte nach einer Woche auf die Stimmung. Der Kamin spendet, was normal ist für Kamine, nur in unmittelbarer Nähe Wärme. Auch die Elektroheizkörper können (wie in anderen südlichen Ländern) ein Haus nicht richtig erwärmen. In der Wintersaison warme Sachen einpacken! Der Weg in den Ort bzw. hoch zum Haus ist wirklich sehr anspruchsvoll und dauert ca. 20 min. Entweder mehr PS mieten oder den Stress des ächzenden im 1. Gang-Fahrens auf z.T. unbefestigter und ungesicherter Straße aushalten.
