Sehr gut gelegene Ferienwohnung mit ansprechendem Außenbereich. Gut funktionierende Klimaanlage, allerdings nur im Küchen-/Wohnbereich, nicht in den Schlafzimmern. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen!

La struttura si trova a Santa Maria di Ricadi, a circa 450 metri dal mare ma su una salita decisamente ripida: il ritorno a piedi può risultare impegnativo, soprattutto per chi non è più giovanissimo. In auto, invece, il parcheggio non è un problema.La casa è accogliente, con una splendida vista sul golfo e una veranda che abbiamo sfruttato al massimo per cene sotto un cielo stellato.Da segnalare la vicinanza della linea ferroviaria: il passaggio dei treni si sente, così come l’animazione dei vicini villaggi turistici, cosa che potrebbe disturbare chi cerca totale silenzio.Gli arredi e le dotazioni sono essenziali; un piccolo tocco in più, come un cesto di benvenuto con prodotti locali e qualche informazione sulla zona, sarebbe stato gradito. Purtroppo non c’era nulla del genere e abbiamo dovuto persino chiedere la carta igienica alla signora che gestisce la casa.La struttura meriterebbe qualche intervento di manutenzione e i bastoni delle tende, improvvisati con manici di scopa, non sono il massimo.Nel complesso, resta comunque una casa molto piacevole.

Maison tres bien agencé. Propriétaire vivant a côté. Tres sympathique et serviable malgres la barrière de la langue. Notre séjour fut agréable, la vue est superbe et seulement 8mn a pied de la plage. Nous regrettons juste quil nest pas stipulé que les trains passent juste derrière la maison ( chambres) meme en pleine nuit et que le camping fait du bruit jusque tard.

Een uitstekende plek

We hebben een prima week gehad in Limoncello. We zijn zeer goed ontvangen door Nicola en de rest van de familie Corso. Ook een verlenging van ons verblijf was geen probleem. ĺHet huis ligt wel pal naast een spoorweg, maar 's nachts hebben we daar geen last van gehad. Enige opmerking is dat de airco niet werkte. Nu ging het nog net, maar al het hier echt zomerse taturen gaan worden is dat wel een gemis. Dank familiie Corso

Bella villetta in ottima posizione

Abbiamo trascorso un periodo di vacanze in questa bella villetta che si trova in un'ottima posizione vicinissima alla spiaggia di Santa Maria di Ricadi e vicino alle più belle spiagge di Capo Vaticano e Tropea. Panorama bellissimo. I locatari sono persone cordiali e simpatiche e pronte a qualsiasi evenienza si abbia bisogno. In conclusione bellissimo periodo di ferie in un posto stupendo.

Wunderschön

Sehr geräumig und traumhafter Ausblick. Die Lage, die im Inserat angegeben wird, ist nicht korrekt. Das Objekt ist deutlich weiter vom Strand entfernt und liegt an einem Berg und an einer Eisenbahnbrücke, hier fährt auch ab und zu ein Zug durch. Die Vermieterin wohnt im gleichen Haus und das Internet steht nur sporadisch zur Verfügung. Uns hat es dennoch sehr gut gefallen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und bemüht. Der Ausblick ist einfach phänomenal.
