Utmärkt läge med oslagbart panoramic view.
Fantastiskt läge ner till stranden och byn. Superb utsikt. Mycket fin pool som var rent o låg i fin lummig trädgård. Bra planlösning o mycket utrymme men det fanns en hel del saker som behöver förbättras där vi inte tyckte lägenheten var riktigt värt priset. Hissen går inte upp till 7 våningen, bara till sjätte så det behöver man veta. En del trappor i trädgården också, ifall man skulle vara i sämre kondition, men det är inte det viktigaste. -AC: så tacksam att den fanns, hade inte funkat utan! Vid ett av sovrummen hördes var 5 minut motorn till AC-n, så det gick inte att sova där, inte riktigt heller med stängd fönster. I ett av sovrummen var AC halv trasig så det blev inte tillräcklig kall. -Köket: inga persienner alls och solen stod på hela förmiddagen, så det gick inte att vara där inne nästan. Fin utsikt där med. Väl utrustad fin kök, dock lite ont om skedar bara o soptunnorna var halv trasiga. Man får diska i diskmaskinen på lång tid annars blir det inte rent. Hittade inga klämmor för att hänga upp tvätten, så det blåste ner o gick inte att få komma åt igen. Ugnen fungerade inte riktigt heller.... -Hittade ingen beskrivning av nåt i byn, typ tips om bra restauranger, billiga supermarkets, om soporna skulle källsorteras o hur, mm. -Sängerna var extremt hårda, så det var inte skönt/vilsamt för kroppen. För övrigt väl utrustad med kuddar o täcken. Handdukarna med. -Toaletten var inte rent när vi kom, tydliga rester från förra besökarna. -Golvet inte riktigt rent heller, kanske skulle behöva våttorkas nån gång, men det är inte hela världen. -Cyklarna finns men det gick bara att använda två av de. Vi fick först spola av de ordentligt o gå ner till cykelaffären för att pumpa däcken. Det fanns nycklar men vindrickare ju gissa var de stod o vilka som menades. Bara två av de var cyklar till vuxna. Vi var ett par med 3 stora ungdomar.

Großartiger Blick in großzügier und sehr gut ausgestatteter Wohning
Die Wohnung liegt nur wenige Schritte vom Meer entfernt und bietet in der obersten Etage einen traumhaften Blick von einer sehr großen Terrasse. Herrliche Aussicht auf die Berge bietet auch die Glasfront in der modernen Küche, von der aus man einen weiteren Balkon betreten kann. Ein sehr großer Wohnraum bietet viel Komfort mit Sofalandschaft und Tisch mit Stühlen. Sehr bequem sind auch die Betten in den gut eingerichteten Schafzimmern, von denen drei ein unmittelbar angrenzendes Bad besitzen. Ein viertes Badezimmer steht zusätzlich zur Verfügung. Sehr netter Kontakt zum Vermieter. Der Ort bietet einen guten Ausgangspunkt für verschiedene Wanderungen. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

Great location, fantastic view
Great holiday, we have stayed in Port de Soller a few times now and this location is ideal for us, near the beach, next to the quieter tram stop and beside our favourite local Tapas and restaurant. The balcony on this property is amazing - huge and with views right out across the bay. Lots of other great features; storage, size of rooms, brilliant views from virtually every room and a great kitchen with just about every piece of equipment you might need. A couple of improvement opportunities for us were that the pool, although it was too cold to use, was not cleaned at all during the week and became quite dirty. Hopefully this was a seasonal thing and it will be better during summer months as the pool area is really lovely and very secluded from the road and neighbours. We left at around 06.00 a couple of mornings to go on hikes, the lighting in the stair well was switched off and we couldn’t work out how to turn it on - also the steps outside were not lit. The top room has roof access which was unlocked. We had to bar the door to the upstairs room using a chair as we have a sleepwalker in our family and there’s no restraint around the roof edge. The TV and sound system are quite amazing, though as pre millennials we had no idea how to use it - not an issue as we didn’t need a TV with all that scenery going on and the WiFi worked great, so we stayed connected and our small person was entertained by Netflix. Loved it overall and already booked for October, can’t wait to return.

Bright, spacious and fantastic views
We had a very pleasant stay at this apartment. It was clean and tidy and had fantastic views from the balcony. It was easy walking distance to the port and just next to the tram stop to get into Soller centre. A couple of things would have been helpful; Warning about the wind on the balcony, we lost things and had a few smashed glasses A handbook for arrival with instructions on where to find bicycles, ping pong bats, how to use the numerous televisions, where to take rubbish, restaurant recommendations and so on... Some toilet rolls for arrival? Not nice to arrive late at night and have to find shops, we had to ask in a kind restaurant for them to give us some . Restaurants are a bit hit and miss, as with any touristy place but the tapas bar at the end of the street on the right, opposite the tram stop is lovely, great tapas and salads. Also Es Recco on the beach all the way to the end is great food and drinks and very friendly Chilean owner
