Enjoy relaxing views over the sea and the nearby mountains while preparing a healthy meal for your family. There is a pool filled with clean water, without chlorine. It is closed between October and April. Its water is changed every 7 days and treated with oxygen to keep the water clean. Maintenance is done on Thursdays from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The pool is 20m. away from the main house and its dimensions are the following: 3.50m. long, 2.80m. wide and 2.20m. deep.
The closest town is Biniaraix at 8 minutes by car, there you can find small cooffe bars. Soller town is 20 min by car, there you can find different supermarkets, stores, and restaurants.
Pets are not allowed.
Air conditioning is currently not available.
Wi-Fi is suitable for video calls.
A parking space is available on the property. Rent a small car to arrive to the property is highly recommended. As the property is located in the mountains, access by car to the house can be difficult for some people. For this reason the owner offers the option to park the vehicle 100 meters from the property and help you with your luggage when you arrive and leave, or park the car just behind the house knowing that the road is narrow.

Beautiful and privat location with an amazing view
Pros: The location is out of this world. Beautiful view of the mountain and valley, and you feel so privat. We absolutely loved the pool area overlooking the landscape, and we enjoyed watching the sun set and the scenery changing as the light faded. The house is so cosy and a perfect mix of traditional Finca outside and a modern and well equipped house inside. We had worried a bit about the lack of air condition. We were there during the hottest week of July, and found that the thick stone walls and shutters ensured an indoor temperature that was acceptable. We all slept very well, even during the hottest nights.

Pros: Das Haus und die Ruhe waren super. Entspannung pur. Pep ist ein sehr netter Vermieter und war immer erreichbar. Cons: Wir hatten immer Bauchschmerzen und schwitzige Hände beim Hochfahren. Es sollte nur ein erfahrener Autofahrer machen.

Idyllische Lage umgeben von alten Olivenbäumen.
Pros: Das Haus ist sehr modern und super ausgestattet. Der Sonnenuntergang von der Terrasse aus ist ein Traum. 🌞 Pep der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und bemüht den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Cons: Die Fahrt zum Haus geht über eine schmale Bergstraße mit einigen engen Kurven. Das Auto sollte ausreichend Bodenfreiheit haben, sonst kann man auch aufsetzen.
