All bedrooms have new flat screen TV`s so everyone can some private TV time.
This great Florida villa has ceiling fans in every room of the villa!

The bright and airy kitchen has all the comforts of home with appliances, pots/pans, silverware and all utensils, water and ice maker.
This fantastic villa has an extended patio with loungers a bubbling spa all facing open view!
The perfect retreat for those days when you want to take a break from the parks.

This Disney area villa comes equipped with its own games room complete with basketball shootout, air hockey and pool table all included in your rental fee.
The family room has two comfy sofas a flat screen 42 inch TV, DVD player, surround sound, stereo, good selection of children`s books and there are some board games as well. There is broadband wireless internet connection so you can hook up your laptop and surf the net and keep in touch.
The family room has a huge and impressive cathedral ceiling with ceiling fan.

The downstairs master bedroom has a King size bed with pillow top mattress, Flat screen TV, DVD, dresser, walk in closet, tables and lamps, alarm clock , ceiling fan. The master bathroom has a hair dryer, a huge jacuzzi bath with invigorating jets, twin sinks, toilet and walk in shower.

The upstairs master bedroom has a King size bed with pillowtop mattress, flat screen TV DVD, ceiling fan, walk in closet, Dresser, tables, lamps. Private bathroom with hair dryer, bath, sink, toilet and shower There is another 3 King Bedroom and one Queen size bedrooms. Each bedroom has built in or walk in closets, Flat screen tv`s ceiling fans drawer space, tables, lamps etc And there`s more! This floor also has two further bedrooms each with a twin (single) bed and a set of bunk beds in each both rooms also have flat screen TV`s, storage space etc. To cope with all these bedrooms there is a further 2 family bathrooms each with toilet, sink, bath and shower.

Ok so we have toured the interior of this great Disney villa. Let`s go see what the outside space has to offer!
All doors leading out to the pool area are fitted with safety alarms and the pool has an optional child safety fence for the protection of the little ones.
The villa has an oversize pool and deck area complete with shady lanai area with 3 ceiling fans for additional comfort. There is an outside shower, a gas bar b q grill, plenty of tables chairs and sun loungers all contained within a protective screened area and overlooking conservation woodland right at the rear of the villa. The pool itself has a bubbling spa attached and a really nice fountain feature.

Emerald Island is a beautiful resort with gorgeous landscapes and wonderful views. The clubhouse has a concierge area which provides information free of charge to guests staying at the resort. You can keep in touch with friends or family back home in the cyber cafe and the kids can enjoy themselves in the arcade. The clubhouse also features a sparkling community pool and hot tub for guests to enjoy. Alongside the pool is a Tiki bar where you can purchase drinks and food. Cleanse your body with the free steam sauna or raise your heartbeat in the fitness room! Free tennis and basketball.

The host was responsive to communications. There were not enough utensils for the ten people we had there and no tea spoons.The pool/spa was a serious disappointment. I had to text/message numerous times about the temperature (way low) and asked a few times to increase the temp. The contact person suggested the spa temp of 90F was OK. The pool person said he could maybe turn it up a bit but it never was adequate. The house was not warm during cold weather.

Just a few minor suggestions we made- forks and coffee cups- couple repairs that did not bother our trip. Everything was really nice and the pool was a hit. Did lose one day but the pool guy came in am and it was back. We had a group of 20 and everyone had their space and had a terrific time. Was close to all the parks and grocery stores. If we get back we would definitely reserve your home again. Jane.

Family Vacation

Our stay at this home was just what we needed. There definitely need to be some upgrades such as the furniture is worn, the remotes have tape on the back, and the mattresses could be firmer. As far as the place itself, it was in a great neighborhood, it was close to lots of great restaurants, shops, and the theme parks. The host and property manager were quick to respond to any requests made or questions asked. It was perfect for myself and my family.

The property needs sone TLC -Games room - nothinv was functional, tgere was no gaming console (when we asked got tge answer that it must have been stolen), pool table and aie hockey table were bith broken and unusable.- Pool was good - but galf way thru the week it was getting cloudy anx we had to get fight to have the pool guy come check it- BBQ - ran out of fuel on day 3 - were advised that it was our responsibility to fill the tank - we paid good money for thst and come to find out that it was so rusted inside that it was actually broken... anx t gey still wanted us to pay for the bbq-bedroom to bathroom ratio was not accurate- tge add looked liks there were more bathrooms than there actually were.We still had a good trip but totally unhappt with the experience house and the musrepresenrations.The add alsi stayed therw was a ganes room at the club house and there was notuinvvoc the sort.Hoping somebody sees this and starts doing better facility inspections.Symes family frustrated!!Thank you

We enjoyed our stay except the pool was not heated the first 2 days we were there. We paid extra for heated pool and was told we would get a refund for 2 days. I never received a refund and the property manger was very rude and screamed at me in front of the children. She is not very professional at all.

The house was in a great location and had tons of bedrooms. I was very disappointed that the hot tub and pool heater didn't work and we didn't get a refund for that (other than the 100 we paid to heat it). We had booked this house because it was one of the few that had a hot tub. We understand that things happen but it would have been nice to have gotten a bit of a refund. The house furniture needs some help as the patio table is broken and the living room furniture is in need of repair.

Decent Home

The pictures make this home look spectacular but ended up being just ok. The heat in the pool/hot tub didn't work, the spindle on the stairs by the front door was broke, the furniture by the pool were taped together after being broke, the latch from the pool area to the outside yard was broke, the TV in the master bedroom on the main floor didn't work either. The pool area looks way bigger in the pictures than it actually is. The garage area with the pool tables, air hockey, and foosball table looks way nicer in the pictures then it actually is. There were a lot of extra mattresses, foldable bed, old washer that took up a lot of room. Also you have to pay 20.00 for the security gate pass to get into the gated community. On a good note there were 3 strollers that you were able to use at the house. There are enough rooms with queen/king beds to accommodate a large family (mostly adults). There were plenty of plates, silverware, smaller bowels, and pots/pans. The property manager came out to look at heating issue the same day and we were reimbursed for not having the heat.

Our stay.

The house is in a great location. Close to the big parks. 25 to 45 minutes depending which one. Theres lots of grocery stores around and many restaurants. The house overall was good. A little banged up in places. There is no working air conditioning upstairs. So it was very hot. We had small children and the plates and bowls were all heavy ceramic. They need plastic ones. Overall it all was good.

Family vacation

The house was a good surface clean overall. The mold/mildew smell is very bad the moment you open the front door. Grass growing out of the gutters in front. We moved couches to sweep and there were stains under the legs on the tile. The air vents were all dirty. The pool safety gate was held together with zip ties. There was open/used food in pantry closet. The lights in pool didn’t work unless u paid for heater. The light on the house didn’t even reach the pool. There are motion lights on each side of pool cage but didn’t stay on long even when kids were in the pool. The house over all is dated which is fine but def needs to be painted and deep cleaned. Due to the mold we all left with exposure symptoms, runny nose, cough etc. unfortunately we couldn’t change housing at the last minute as we had the house booked for 10 days. Hopefully all items can be fixed as the house was accommodating for location and size.

Over all we had a great experience. There was a total of 10 kids ages 5-14 and 7 adults we had plenty of room. Kids loved the pool. Somethings could be updated. Neighbors werent very friendly especially towards the kids. Everyone else was friendly. We would stay again.

Checking in was good. The place was pretty clean and had everything we needed for our week stay. A little disappointed about the grill, we planned a cookout for 3 birthdays we were celebrating and after paying the fee the grill only lit on one 1/4 side. We made due. Big but disappointing

I’m not sure where to start for this house. We were 3 families looking to travel together and visit theme parks. Although there were many beds, the living space cannot contain near as many people for dinner or a rainy day. There are 6 seats in the living room. That’s it. There wasn’t a single board game in the house which was disappointing to us. The bedrooms had blinds that no longer worked and sheer curtains so I was up with the birds daily. The walls desperately need to be painted and were quite filthy from previous renters. Balusters were disconnected on the stair railing. The toilet wobbled in upstairs primary suite. The chlorine levels in the pool were absurd and left it hard to breathe near the pool for the first two days. The one time I got in, four days into our trip, I itched profusely and had to shower immediately. Most of the furniture upstairs was so old that it was severely damaged and had missing knobs and handles. I think there may be 7 kinds of flooring in the house with some still damaged (upstairs bath). The faucet in one bath was growing a green mold. The kitchen was not as well equipped as it needed to be. Every single knife was serrated and there was only one baking sheet in a house for 18 people! The sink and the faucet was deplorable. On our last day, with checkout being at 10 but the cleaning crew arrived by 830, didn’t announce themselves and let themselves into the pool area while our children were out there. Very uncomfortable and intrusive.
