Large renovated detached 4 bedroom villa located in a residential area and 15 minutes walking to Vilamoura marina. The villa is contemporary with modern and stylish furnishings that give a feeling of comfort. There is air-conditioning throughout for the sunny hot days. The fully fitted kitchen leads out to the BBQ where sumptuous evening meals can be prepared with little or no effort. The lounge and dinning room are open plan with patio doors. The pool area is all gated so it is ideally and secure for children.

Kitchen: oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, expresso coffee machine.

Lounge/dining room: LCD, 2x sofas, dining table with 6 chairs, air conditioning, wine freezer.

IMPORTANT: Check in from 16:00h until 18:00h. Any changes to the previously stated times must always be informed and agreed by CleverDetails. There is an extra charge for Meet & Greet after 18:00h: between 18:00h and 24:00h - 35 euros; between 24:00h and 01:00h - 50 euros; between 01:00h and 09:00h - 100 euros (subject to availability).
