Fabulous place

The property is well looked after and offers all the home comforts you need. The main bedroom is en-suite offering separate facilities for guests travelling with others. The pool area is relaxing, set in a lovely garden giving access to 3 sides of the house. The dogs enjoyed laying out in the secure garden area. Parking is available in the garden for a car, longer vehicles such as ours meant we had to park close by, opposite the house but parking was away from the main roads so not a problem. It is an easy walk into town where there are a number of restaurants and bars offering good food and service. Yves was friendly and helpful, we would certainly recommend his lovely property.

Vacance courte car imprévu familial mais les hotes etaient accueillant, serviable et chaleureux. Maison charmante et bien située. Il y a tout le confort d'une villa et d'une propriété impeccable. Merci beaucoup Je recommande.

Super séjour.

Lieu et maison agréable même en pleine saison. Équipements intérieurs agréable, piscine au top . Peux être un peu onéreux pour une semaine . Mais c'est le marché du tourisme. Cela reste tout de même une expérience plus qu'agréable en famille et entre amis .

Maison très agréable et très bien équipée, située tout près de tous les commerçants, pas loin non plus du port. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Petite restriction: située le long d’une route assez passagère et à l’époque où nous l’avons loué c’est a dire septembre la piscine était pratiquement toujours a l’ombre donc assez fraîche

Excellent location for Marseillan

Lovely open plan living room, out door area and pool with really easy access to the town. The road and bus stop can be noisy at the side of the property but soon forgot about it. Bedrooms are small and quality of linen which was an addition cost were a let down and having only one bathroom was difficult for a group. Oddly only one wine glass!

2 Wochen Familienurlaub

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Ferienwohnung und dem Service. Die Kommunikation mit Joss lief sehr angenehm. Auf Rückfragen wurde sehr schnell geantwortet. Das Haus liegt sehr praktisch am Ortsrand, man ist jedoch sehr schnell zu Fuss im Zentrum. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Tankstelle ist um die Ecke. Der Strand ist mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Parkmöglichkeiten sind im Hof (kleineres Auto) und vor dem Haus verfügbar. Der Pool ist klasse und wurde wöchentlich gereinigt. Lediglich die Bushaltestelle vor dem Haus macht sich ab und zu bemerkbar. Nachts haben wir aber die Fenster zu und Klimaanlage an gehabt, weswegen es sehr ruhig war. Alles im Ganzen haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Location à Marseillan

L’intérieur de la maison est très bien surtout la grande pièce de vie climatisée. L’extérieur est bruyant car la piscine est en bord de route ( le bus stationne le long de la haie) . Il n’y a pas de couverture pour la piscine donc la température est basse et les feuilles y tombent .

Le problème du bruit le long de la route lié à l'arrêt de bus est réglé puisque la société de transport suite à la demande de la mairie à demandé aux conducteurs qu'ils arrêtent le moteur, concernant la couverture de la piscine, la bâche à barres est justement là pour cet effet en plus de la sécurité, enfin, ayant privilégié un environnement arboré, il est recommandé de passer l'épuisette quotidiennement en plus du service d'entretien de la piscine.
