Located 700 m from the superb fine sandy beach of St Cyprien, in a peaceful, tree-lined park with swing and boules pitch, this small residential complex offers a large stone house and 6 Minis Villas all air-conditioned with TVs and private terraces
Closed residence. Parking inside. Guardian present year round

In the village, 800 m away, there is a small shopping center and all amenities.

Porto vecchio is 7 km away. The mini villas are all equipped with dishwasher, fridge, gas stove, toaster, microwave, kettle, satellite TV, barbecue, garden furniture, air conditioning / heating. Shared washing machine available.


This small Villa is planned for 4/6 people, it consists of 2 bedrooms, one with 1 bed 140 and the other with 2 beds 90, living / dining room with 1 sofa bed, American kitchen, bathroom / wc, covered terrace.


Compulsory cleaning of 60 € to be paid on arrival with the balance of the reservation in cash or bank transfer 48 hours in advance.

Departure: 10 a.m.

Possibility to rent household linen, rental rate € 10 per person (sheets and towel).
A deposit of 300 € will be requested and returned at the end of the stay (not cashed)

Napoléon est très serviable. Le logement est bien situé par contre très rustique,

La Sud de la Corse est magnifique, très bien accueilli de partout. Nous avons passé 10 jours en compagnie de notre fils et sa copine. Tout le monde était ravi. Nous avons voyagé avec notre fidèle compagnon, notre chienne briarde, très bien acceptée, C’était génial.

Le logement est bien placé Des travaux sont à prévoir : la literie est à changer en urgence, obligé de mettre le matelas par terre pour arriver à dormir. L’eau ruisselle dans la villa quand il pleut. La salle de bain est vieillotte. Les mobiliers extérieur sont en fin de vie. Dommage car la villa est bien placé dans un cadre sympa. Quelques investissements intérieurs et extérieurs rendront cet endroit vraiment très bien

Annonce conforme au logement, accès à la plage à pied dans soucis. Nous avons particulièrement aimé la terrasse ombragée. L'accès à la machine à laver est un vrai plus et la climatisation appréciable avec les fortes chaleurs. Literie ok. Très bon accueil de la part du gardien. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Dommage que l'adresse soit inexacte est donc très difficile à trouver. Par ailleurs le logement n'est pas équipé en WIFI , il y a donc tromperie sur l'annonce. Pour le reste tout est correct.

Einfachster Standard - hilfsbereiter Hausmeister

Die Ausstattung ist einfachst und in keinem guten Zustand, Lage an vielbefahrene Straße unweit eines Müllplatzes. Weg zum Strand sehr unangenehm, an eben jener vielbefahrenen Straße. Adresse ist falsch angegeben - auch im Screenshot der Karte. Einziges Highlight war der hilfsbereite Hausmeister - mit dem man sich aber nur in französischer Sprache austauschen kann.

Villa très agréable avec 2 chambres idéale pour une famille avec 2 enfants. L'aménagement de la cuisine avec lave vaisselle très appréciable ainsi que la machine à laver collective. Plage de rêve accessible à pied avec du sable blanc et une eau turquoise. Parc arboré permettant de s'allonger à l'ombre pour la sieste. Rien à redire juste à conseiller. Super Aufenthalt in einem einfachen, aber schönen Domizil

Wir haben eine Woche als Familie mit 2 Teenagern und Hund hier verbracht. Das Häuschen war bei unserer Ankunft frisch gereinigt und sehr sauber. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, die Kommunikation allerdings etwas schwierig, wenn man kaum französisch spricht. Das Haus liegt mit mehreren Häuschen auf einem großen eingezäunten Grundstück. Die anderen Unterkünfte waren auch belegt, man hat aber sehr seine Ruhe und sieht kaum jemanden. Es ist sehr schlicht und einfach eingerichtet, besonders das Kochgeschirr ist für 4 Personen etwas knapp. Aber ansonsten ist alles da was man braucht, Geschirrspüler, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Klimaanlage. Lage ist auch gut, man ist in 10 min. zu Fuß am schönen Sandstrand, wo aber auch kostenlose Parkplätze vorhanden sind. Uns hat es super gut gefallen, auch mit Hund hat alles bestens geklappt, wir können es weiter empfehlen.

Séjour inoubliable en Corse !

Jolie propriété bien dans l'esprit de la région avec un très beau et grand terrain naturel, très appréciable pour les enfants qui y jouent en toute sécurité avec des équipements appropriés pour eux (balançoire, terrains de pétanque...) ! Le logement est très satisfaisant, propre et agréable et plutôt bien équipé. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par le gardien qui a toujours le souci de savoir si tout se passe bien! Merci Christophe pour les petites attentions et les conseils pour visiter la belle région ! Il n'y a eu aucune mauvaise surprise du départ jusqu'au retour. La Corse est vraiment une belle région, nous étions en partie sud, Porto-Vecchio, Saint Cyprien que je conseillerai vivement à tous ceux qui voudront s'y rendre, des paysages de cartes postales, une mer aux eaux claires et chaudes , une certaine chaleur mais supportable grâce au vent de la mer, des vues à couper le souffle, bref , un superbe séjour ! Nous reviendrons très certainement.

Ein wunderschöner Garten, ideal zum Ausspannen.

Ideal für bis zu vier, unkomplizierte Erwachsene. Die Betreuung vor Ort ist sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Das kleine Dörflein in Fussmarschnähe ist auch ganz nett.
