Relaxing holiday

We had a very enjoyable and relaxing holiday here. Beautiful setting and the villa is described accurately. Hosts were helpful and always on hand to provide anything we needed such as extra towels or bedding. The pool is a good size for a family and the grounds are large so plenty of room to play or relax.

Spacious house with privacy.

Quiet, clean and spacious house with a big garden and a swimming pool. It was not easy to find the house, from the village center follow the sign Café Mataz and take the first narrow street on your right hand after the café. Harry & Ellen

We were very happy with the villa overall. The pictures do not do it justice. The area is quiet, a few animal noises but no loud neighbours or music. Perfect to relax. There is enough equipment for 4. It was lovely to be able to have a pool after a long day sight seeing. Plenty of outdoor space for eating. The outdoor bbq was fairly new so we used this a lot and would eat in the summerhouse of an evening out of the wind. We liked the security of having electric gates. We used Google translate to communicate via what’s app which was useful not speaking the language. This is a great base for seeing northern Portugal and Porto. Use of a car essential, streets in the locality are very narrow in some spots but we were ok with a Citroen C3.

Bien dans l’ensemble

Grande maison agréable malgré la déco et la literie anciennes. Grand jardin calme avec possibilité de garer son véhicule. La piscine était froide pendant notre séjour, nous n’en avons pas pu en profiter dommage. Dans l’ensemble c’est une maison agréable proche du centre ville mais qui manque de vie.

Schönes Haus in Esposende

Wir haben unserem Aufenthalt in dem Haus sehr genossen. Vor allem der Swimminf Pool war toll. Es war sehr ruhig ein rundum schöner Urlaub. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist dass das Haus etwas außerhalb des Dorfes gelegen ist.

"La maison se situe dans ...

"La maison se situe dans un petit village "marinhas" à Esposende. C'est une rénovation traditionnelle portugaise avec de belles finitions. Il n'y a pas de bruit, c'est l'endroit idéal pour se reposer. A notre arrivée, la maison était propre. Elle est spacieuse et bien équipée. Il ne manquerait peut être juste qu'un micro-ondes. Le propriétaire est sympatique, disponible et très discret. Encore merci."

"Josef e la sua famiglia ...

"Josef e la sua famiglia sono simpatici e alla mano. é stato un piacere fare la loro conoscenza. Disponibili in caso di necessità. La casa è veramente bella, con pavimenti di parquet nelle camere. Tutto molto ampio: la sala, la cucina, il bagno, il porticato esterno dove si può mangiare comodamente ed il giardino. La TV satellitare. Il posto auto è dentro la proprietà. il posto è molto tranquillo e non ci sono rumori che disturbano il sonno, inoltre le finestre hanno i doppi vetri, Le foto pubblicate corrispondono al vero ma non rendono l'idea dello spazio disponible veramente ottimo. Ci sono anche le biciclette. a pochi km c'è la spiaggia di sabbia di Esposende che prosegue fino a Viana Do Castelo. Da qui si può partire per visitare : Viana do Castelo, Barcelos, Braga, il santuario del Bom Jesus,il Santuario de Sameiro, il Mosteiro Braga Tibães e Porto."
