Traditional and modern mallorquin beach house - Touristic License ETV6973, full equiped, internet, aircondition (cold / warm) 4 bedrooms (2 studios with own bathroom), 3 terraces, 4 bathrooms, approx. 120m from the beach, max. 6adults + 2children under 10 years, Sat Tv, safe, etc.(Please read to the end of this page, thank you). The electricity will be charged at 0. 28Euros / Kwh on the end. Respecting the Balearic Islands local laws, you only rent the house with its items, other extra services can not be offered by the owner, each person over 16 years has to pay a local tax of 1. 10Euros (low season) and 2. 20Euros (high season) / per night called tourist tax. Both concepts will be charged at check out payable in cash.

This is a really quiet and nice neighborhood, so that the guest should not have any noise during the night hours. No loud music allowed. No pets or other animals are allowed. Non smoking inside the house, on the balcony as well as on the terraces it is allowed.

The house is in a quiet neighborhood in one of the top location of Can Picafort. But all facilities, services, port and best beaches of Mallorca, like Playa de Muro, Playa de Alcudia, Son Real or Capellans are next by (see pothos), to enjoy your stay, see all services and facilities on the map of this page .

You have full access to the whole house, only the garage is private (not included), private storage used by the owner with an independent access.

Calm and quiet neighborhood, but near to all facilites and services like shops, restaurants, bars, take away or bakery are at walking distance. Public park space.

The house is situated in Can Picafort, Magallanes 26 Street, approx. 65km from the Son San Joan airport (Palma de Mallorca), hire car, private transfer or taxi is the best way to get the house but also the public bus would be an option, if you need help please contact me.

The public bus station is only 50m from the house. Also the "road train" station is in the same place Which is used to move in Can Picaforts resort.

Tolle ruhige Unterkunft in absoluter Strandnähe

Wir waren im Oktober 2023 für 16 Tage in der Unterkunft. Die Nähe zum Strand und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind genial. Den Urlaub haben wir in der Unterkunft sehr genossen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist komplett unkompliziert gewesen. Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Nur zu empfehlen

Wir waren 2 Wochen in den Haus und würden immer wieder kommen. Der Vermieter ist super und immer erreichbar für Fragen . Die Unterkunft liegt nur wenige hundert Meter vom Strand entfernt direkt an der langen Promenade und in der Nähe der Einkaufsstraßen . Wir waren mit 2 kleinen Kinder und den Großeltern vor Ort und Can picafort hat für jeden etwas zu bieten. Für den Preis einfach unschlagbar.

Rundum wohl fühlen

Die Ferienwohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Der Kontakt lief reibungslos und schnell. Die Lage des Objekts ist zentral und strandnah. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Leider haben die äußeren Umstände (Corvid 19 und der damit verbundene Ausnahmezustand) unseren Aufenthalt eingeschränkt und verkürzt. Um so schöner war es, die Ausgangssperre in dieser schönen und geräumigen Wohnung zu verbringen.

Tolles Haus in ruhiger Lage nur wenige Meter vom Strand!

Gut ausgestattetes Haus mit ausreichend Platz auch für größere Familien. Alles was man für das tägliche Leben benötigt war in einem ordentlichem Zustand vorhanden! Für die Selbstversorgung war alles nötige wie Gewürze etc. vor Ort. Info-Material, Reiseführen, Spiele für Kinder, etc. für einen erlebnisreichen Urlaub sind neben Fernseher und DVD Player im Haus zu finden. Für alle etwaigen Probleme stand uns Ronny jeder Zeit per Telefon / WhatsApp zur Verfügung. Die Promenade und der Strand sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Einkaufen oder Bummeln durch die Einkaufsstraße ebenso. Trotzdem ist die Lage des Hauses ruhig gelegen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und schöne 14 Tage hier verbracht.

Super miejsce!

Przestrzenny dom, bardzo dobrze wyposażony. Spędziliśmy tu święta w dwie rodziny (4 dorosłych i 3 dzieciaków), nikt nikomu nie wchodził w drogę, wszyscy zadowoleni. Morze bliziutko, market 2 min. jazdy samochodem, lokale w odległości krótkiego spaceru, parking przy ulicy. Na pewno wrócimy. Ronny niesamowicie przyjazny :)

Tolles Ferienhäuschen in Strandnähe

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub auf Mallorca. Das Häuschen ist modern eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Für die Kids gab es sogar eine Spielecke mit Büchern und Spiele . Alles ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen, zum Strand sind es grad mal 5 min und zum großen Supermarkt 10 min. Eigene Check-in hat super geklappt. Vielen Dank auch an Ronny.

Wunderschönes Haus, tolle Lage, sehr sauber und perfekt ausgestattet!

Wir haben eine tolle Woche in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Wir waren 5 Erwachsene + 4 Kleinkinder. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht (auch mit Kleinkindern), bietet viel Platz und ist sehr sauber (alles ist neu und gepflegt). Die Lage ist perfekt (nur 3-5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand und Bars, Restaurants, Geschäfte, Supermärkte, usw., dennoch in einer ruhigen Straße). Parkmöglichkeiten gut. Der Besitzer Ronny ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen!

Super schönes Haus, perfekt für 2 Familien!

Es war ein klasse Urlaub mit 4 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern! Haus sehr modern eingerichtet, super Lage (nur 150 m zum Strand/Promenade), Geschäfte, Supermarkt und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung! Der Vermieter hat alle Fragen und Wünsche umgehend beantwortet / realisiert! Er hat sogar vorher eingekauft!!! Mega!!! Jederzeit wieder! Wunderschönes Ferienhaus in bester Lage

Wir waren mit zwei Familien (jeweils 2 Erwachsende und 1 Kind) in dem Ferienhaus und sind auch im Nachhinein absolut begeistert. Ronny ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam - einfach ein sehr guter Gastgeber. Das Ferienhaus an sich ist exakt wie auf den Fotos und lässt eigentlich keine Wünsche offen. Modern und wertig eingerichtet, super sauber und insgesamt in tollem Zustand. Die Lage ist ebenfalls perfekt mit wenigen hundert Metern zur Standpromenade in die eine Richtung oder zum großen Supermarkt in die andere Richtung. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist es rund um das Haus sehr ruhig. Besonders gut hat uns der schöne Innenhof gefallen in dem man morgens ganz toll unter freiem Himmel frühstücken kann. Besonders zu erwähnen ist noch die Tatsache, dass quasi alle Räume über moderne, sehr gut funktionierende Klimaanlagen verfügen und es bei heißem Wetter daher schön kühl bleibt. Wir können das Objekt daher absolut weiterempfehlen.

Sehr gepflegte und moderne Unterkunft mit viel Platz.

Alles lief problemlos und wir haben uns sofort nachdem wir das Haus betreten haben wohl gefühlt. Die kurze Entfernung zum schönen Sandstrand hat alles sehr unkompliziert gemacht.
