House Nord 50 - Portocolom
A pretty, fully refurbished former fisherman’s house in the old part of Portocolom. This holiday rental accommodates up to 4 people.
The house is a one-storey building in old Portocolom accommodating 4 people. It was refurbished in 2015 and now has all the comforts of a modern dwelling, including air conditioning, satellite TV and free WiFi connection.
Entering the house we find a small living room with a comfortable sofa facing the TV. Crossing the living area we find a substantial kitchen next to the dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped, with dishwasher, electric oven, ceramic hob, toaster, coffee machine and kitchenware/utensils. The dining room has a table which seats 4 people. Next to the living room there is a bedroom with double bed and built in wardrobes. From the dining room we access the main bathroom which has a shower.
The house has a pretty interior patio, where you can enjoy meals al fresco with a sunshade for protection from the summer sun.
From the patio we can access a toilet with shower and also the other double room which also has access to the main bathroom. This room has twin beds and has views of the internal patio. From the patio we can also access the garage where there is a chimenea which can also be used as a barbecue. The stairs here lead to an upper terrace with views.

Im „Kinderschlafzimmer“ mit separatem Bad konnten die Jugendlichen bis tief in die Nacht Serien gucken und bis mittags schlafen 😜 ein toller Urlaub und das ist keine Ironie!

Kleines Schmuckstück hinter schlichter Fassade
Sauberkeit top, Aufteilung ungewöhnlich und besonders, zwei Terrassen, Lage im gewachsenen Ortsteil des schönen Portcolomb - nah am alten Fischerhafen, Ausstattung mit Küchengeräten und Handtüchern ausreichend, Kommunikation mit der Agentur schnell, hilfreich und freundlich.
Ein sympathisches Haus, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
Hinweis, dass keine Heizung vorhanden ist und die Klimanlage nur sehr begrenzt wärmt. Haus ist etwas klamm.
Arbeitslicht in Küche verbesserungsfähig, Schneidebrett wäre schön.

Ein sauberes schönes Haus im alten Ortsviertel
Wir, zwei Freundinnen, waren eine Woche im März im Haus Nord 50. Es empfing uns sehr sauber und bot uns beiden reichlich Platz, da es zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder besitzt. Ein Bad ist über den Innenhof erreichbar.
Die Küche ist recht gut ausgestattet; wir haben allerdings ein Schneidebrett vermisst.
Das Haus besitzt keine Heizung und ist insgesamt ein bisschen klamm, das sollte man bedenken, wenn man außerhalb des Sommers bucht. Die Klimaanlage kann zwar auch Wärme erzeugen, allerdings ist der erwärmte Bereich sehr begrenzt, so dass wir unsere Abende immer in der Küche, direkt unter dem Gerät, verbracht haben.
Sehr schön ist, dass es neben dem Innenhof noch die Dachterrasse gibt!
Das Haus liegt im alten, gewachsenen Teil von Portocolom, in der Nähe des alten Fischerhafens. Jetzt, Anfang März war (insgesamt im Osten von Mallorca) noch wenig los, so dass viele Cafés und Restaurants geschlossen waren. Trotzdem haben wir immer etwas Schönes gefunden, man muss ggf. eben etwas länger suchen.
Der Kontakt zur Agentur war super: prompt, einfach und sehr freundlich! Vielen Dank.
Gern empfehlen wir das Haus und kommen ggf. auch gern wieder!

Direkt in der Altstadt von Portocolom. Sehr schönes, renoviertes Haus - sehr sauber. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nur schleppend und in den Schlafzimmern roch es etwas „feucht“

Liebevoll renoviertes Stadthaus
Wir waren 8 Tage im Juli in Portocolom (2 Erwachsene &2Kinder) und haben uns für dieses kleine Stadthäuschen entschieden.
Wir lieben den alten Teil von Portocolom sehr, da es hier viel ruhiger und gemächlicher zugeht, als im neuen Teil der Stadt. Hier leben tatsächlich auch noch Mallorquiner.
Das Haus ist ganz frisch renoviert und vollständig ausgestattet. Eine moderne Küche, 2 Badezimmer, Sat-TV (es war EM insofern ausnahmsweise wichtig) WLAN gehören genauso zur Ausstattung, wie eine Dachterasse von der man abends den tollen Sternenhimmel bestaunen kann.
Der kleine gemütliche Innenhof ist mit einem Sonnenschutz ausgestattet.
In der Nähe ist ein kleiner Supermercado und der Strand ist auch nur 1,5 km entfernt.
Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, wir kommen wieder.
