The house has a living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms
and bathroom with shower. Sleeps 6. Portico furnished for lounging and dining outdoors.
Spacious courtyard. parking space. brand new furniture.
Additional outdoor shower. Washing machine. Conditioned air. Pool with sun loungers.

Amazing place
The house is in a complex very friendly for family with a swimming pool and game area. The landscape from the house is beautiful. Antonio and his wife are very welcoming.

Ottima location
La proprietà è deliziosa e riservata, in un contesto di servizi non da poco : parco giochi per bambini con salta-salta e calcetto, piscina e zona solarium davvero incantevoli .
Ristorante a 100 mt sotto casa in cui si mangia cibo di qualità con la giusta spesa e pista go kart di fronte . In 5-10 minuti di auto si raggiunge Peschici .
Piccolissima pecca secondo il mio parere : trovo poco funzionale la lavatrice in comune a gettone. In tutte le mie precedenti esperienze era all’interno della proprietà affittata.
