The property is on the waterfront, with access to the sea, in the area of Akrtotiri - Otzia, 10 minutes from the port of the island and one and a half hours from the airport. The villa is on 8,000 sq meters plot of land with the sea surrounding it on two sides, in a very quite and private location, but with easy access to restaurants and shops. Surrounding the villa are large terraces, all offering fantastic sea views, as well as a very large terrace with a sea water swimming pool to the side of the villa, where one can relax on one of the sunbeds with a glass of wine while enjoying the sea view as well as the amazing sunsets. Near the swimming pool is a large shaded area with a seating and dining area, which leads directly into the villa.

The villa has been tastefully and elegantly decorated, giving one a feeling of peace and harmony. There is a large living room with high ceilings and wooden beams, a seating area with comfortable sofas, from where there is a view of the sea, a dining area and a large fully equipped open-plan kitchen. The living room leads on to the entrance hall, the guest w.c and the three bedrooms of the main house. The master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a fantastic sea view leads onto a private terrace. The second and third bedrooms, both with an en-suite bathrooms again lead on to a terrace with a sea view. Near the main house and overlooking the swimming pool and the sea, is an independent guest house with a living room, which has a sofa bed for a child, a kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom.
