The property was very clean and comfortable, and the location was excellent. Very close to the main shopping street in Nice, close to supermarkets, trams, buses, and train station. Also a short walk to the old town and Promenade.

The host communicated excellently. It is centrally located allowing waking to the train, beach, sites, and shopping. It is spacious with roof top views.

Great little apartment near the train station

The fourth floor apartment with a lift was less than five minutes walk from the train station and a leisurely 15 minutes to the bustling Promenade des Anglais. After communicating with our hostess, we were met and shown how to work & locate everything, including the laundromat just around the corner. The apartment had everything we needed, but with the hot, humid weather, the AC struggled a little (our only complaint). Beds were comfy, a good strong shower, quiet enough surroundings, plenty of local delicatessens. Would stay there again.
When ordering an Uber/taxi, the address they will meet you at is at the corner of Rue d’Italie

Die Wohnung ist eine sehr schöne und gepflegte Altbauwohnung. Zudem ist die Wohnung sehr gut gelegen, sodass Bäcker, Restaurants, Supermärkte und Lebensmittelgeschäfte direkt erreichbar sind. Auch der Strand und die Altstadt sind schnell erreichbar. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation lief hervorragend.

Alles wie beschrieben, eine sehr schöne Wohnung in einem schönen Altbau in sehr guter Lage für einen Städtetrip nach Nizza. Restaurants, Bäcker und Supermarkt direkt ums Eck, zur Promenade sind es ca 15 Min zu Fuß. Tipp für Auto-Reisende: Interparking Thiers am Bahnhof und am besten vorher reservieren.

Superb accommodation in a superb location. Beds were extremely comfortable as was the sitting area which had a lovely view. Jocelyne was extremely helpful and kind who answered any questions we had about the area / getting to and from the airport. The apartment was beautiful and had all the home comforts you could want. A short walk to the promenade , train station and supermarket. We would definitely stay here again

Прекрасная квартира в центре Ниццы.В пяти минутах от жд вокзала,в 10 минутах от моря.Рядом 2 русских магазина.Лидл через дорогу.Шопинг,центр все в пешей доступности.Расположение-лучше не придумать!Прекрасная хозяйка!Милая и любезная.Все рассказала и показала.Всегда на связи.Квартира очень уютная,в хорошем доме.Две отдельных комнаты.Хорошая звукоизрляция.На кухне есть все и бонусы ввиде соли,приправ,кофе,чая.Рекомендую всем

Séjour Nice

Merci à la propriétaire. Adorable au niveau de l accueil. Appartement très très propre. Avec tout ce qu il faut pour passer un bon séjour. Literie très confortable. L appartement est entouré de pleins de petits commerces sympa pour dépanner. On est à 5 mn à pied du tram et du centre ville. Et 15 mn a peine en tram de la vieille ville et de la promenade des anglais. 30mn si vous le faites à pieds vraiment un logement super bien placé. Je reviendrai.

L'appartement est en excellent état, parfaitement aménagé et calme. Sa situation est centrale et elle convient tout à fait à qui arrive par le train ou par le tram (depuis l'aéroport). La propriétaire est des plus aimables et est très précise dans ses explications. Je ne peux que souhaiter revenir.
