BEAUTIFUL SEMI-DETACHED FISHERMAN'S HOUSE, in a secure residence (double barrier to entry), located in the marina of Port Cogolin, 3-room apartment, fully renovated, on 2 levels, south facing garden, quiet, not overlooked, view of the marina canal, well equipped (flat screen tv, free WiFi), dishwasher, washing machine, private garden 22 m2 and private parking in front of the house entrance (+ public parking at 50 mts). Open kitchen, dining room and WC on the ground floor / upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed 140 and 1 with 2 beds 90), bathroom and WC. . Shopping center, petrol station, restaurant, bakery nearby. Sea shuttle to St Tropez at 50 mts.
