The tracks are prepared for classic skiing and skating. Also applicable for friends searching a pure nature area. The famous alpin ski area ParadiSki with 420 km ski pistes is only 3 km away and can be accessed from the house with ski shuttle and ski cabin lift free of charge.

I was born and grew up in this village. I am first aider on the ski pistes of the ParadiSki area. I still live in that village. I like skiing and practise the paragliding. If you are interested I would like to show you the beautiful mountain area around.

I constructed this chalet by myself. The cost/performance ratio is excellent.

What makes this property unique

Nancroix is a genuine mountain village at 1500m altitude. This location is very quiet and recreative. In summer time you can discover a splendid biota; also animals like capricorn, chamois, marmot, bearded vulture. You will have free access to the wellness center of the Hôtel La Vanoise. Some activities are: hiking, montainbike, acrobranche, fixed rope route, biking, paragliding. In winter time: ski alpin, snow board, ski touring, cross-country skiing, ice climbing, snowshoeing
