In Tignes le Lavachet, near the slopes (100m) and shops, enjoy a warm apartment, on the top floor of a quiet residence, with an exceptional view on the slopes and the mountains.
The apartment is a 3 rooms crossing with 2 bedrooms, very well arranged, included:
- Living room : dining area, table and chairs, sideboard, sofa bed (140x190), coffee table, large storage cupboard, flate sreen TV, DVD player, large balcony with view on the slopes and Grande Motte glacier
- Fully equipped kitchen :oven, microwave, dishwasher, 4 vitroceramic hotplates, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, raclette equipment
- Bedroom 1 : a double bed (160X200) , cupboard, parquet flooring, balcony with nice view on the lake and mountain
- Bedrooms 2 : 2 x 2 bunk beds, cupboard, parquet flooring, balcony with nice view on the slopes and the mountains.
- Bathroom : double vanity unit and bathtub, airdryer
- A separate toilet

Enjoy a relaxing break in a chaise longue on the balcony of the living room overlooking the Grande Motte glacier or a sunny breakfast on the balcony of the rooms with views of the mountains without any opposite. Ski lockers at the entrance of the residence (with digicode at the entrance).

The perfect month in Tignes

The place is incredible and was more than enough space for us. The kitchen was really lovely to cook in and the beds were comfy. The only thing to note is that you need to rent towels and bedding unless you bring your own. But worth it for such a great apartment and location. I would definitely stay here again!

Grear flat with perfect location

Very well placed flat in Tignes le lac (lavachet), near supermarket, bakery and bus stop (bus each 10 minutes). We were 2 adults and 3 kids, and that was enough place. Check in and out very easy with very nice and helping contact.

Spacious and convenient top floor apartment with easy access to slopes and free local buses for the whole Val/ Tignes area. Nice quiet area away from main slopes but overlooking them. Well equipped for self catering but also restaurants and a Sherpa nearby. Really lovely views from two balconies at front and rear. Great to have a bath to soak in plus the washing machine came in handy as we stayed two weeks. Thoroughly recommended and we’d be happy to return.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Isabelle, la gardienne.L'appartement correspondait à nos besoins.Peut-être faudra-t-il envisager de changer le lave vaisselle, voir même le canapé.Nous n'avons pas manquer de neige mais là vous n'y êtes pour rien.Bon séjour et bons souvenirs.

Bonjour Jocelyne, Merci pour votre récent séjour dans l'appartement. Concernant le lave vaisselle, il fonctionne très bien si il est bien utilisé. Nous avons constaté lors de votre dernier séjour qu'un plat a été mis dans le lave vaisselle avec encore plein de pâtes au fond, ce qui en a mis plein le lave vaisselle et bouché les écoulements. Cela tient donc plus d'une mauvaise utilisation que d'un problème de l'appareil. Je suis également surprise de votre remarque concernant le canapé qui a été changé récemment, avec une literie de grande qualité (Maison du Monde). Bien cordialement.

Merci à Isabelle pour l’accueil et le départ. C’est une personne très sympathique.L’appartement est bien équipé, plutôt bien situé. Nous étions 7 dedans, il est suffisamment grand. Environ 100m des pistes. Je regrette quand même qu’il n’y ai pas le minimum nécessaire à mes yeux, à savoir, du sel, de l’huile, de quoi faire un minimum de ménage ou ne serait ce qu’un rouleau de papier WC.

Sympa l'été

Très belles vacances, en rando la plupart du temps. Nous étions trois. Ce qui fait que nous n'avons eu aucun souci de place. Un petit peu de poussières dans la chambre double, résolu avec un petit coup d'aspirateur. Excellente literie dans la chambre double. Le sol de la cuisine méritera une petite réfection (lattes qui gondoles un peu sans doute suite à projections d'eau). La vue est superbe de la terrasse est (coté chambres). Et très sympa de la terrasse ouest (même si on voit d'abord quelques bâtiments de la station et le glacier au dessus). Parking couvert (et gratuit l'été) à 300 m de la résidence. Beaucoup d'animations estivales et de jeux autour du lac de Tignes pour ceux qui ont des enfants (pas concernés).
