The house is lovely and well equipped. The pool is amazing and is cleaned every day. Lot's of outdoor space to do anything you want. The hosts (Aldo and his wife) are lovely, kind and helpful. We hope to return again soon.

A welcoming property & hosts

We loved our stay here. Our hosts were very welcoming. The pool is beautiful, very large and clean. The property is well equipped for making our own meals etc and the air con meant we could sleep at night! We would definitely recommend staying here.

My wife and I and our 5 children spent 2 weeks here and loved it! Beautiful pool, large field to play soccer, bocce court, ping pong etc for the kids to enjoy; convenient location near the highway entrance; air conditioning and window screens are awesome. The owner Aldo and his family are very nice! Highly recommended

"It was an excellant stay...

"It was an excellant stay. Other renters will find the surroundings fine. The pool was very good, one of the best we've had; we made very good use of the football table and also used the table tennis. Too hot to play tennis. The kitchen etc was fine, loads of plates etc. Pity there's no electric kettle. The local town had a nice little shop, bakery and butchers and the folks were very friendly. We ate out twice locally, both times very good food and value. It's good that the motorway is so handy."

Wir haben uns alle vom ersten Tag an bei Aldo sehr wohlgefühlt, Er ist ein sehr liebevoller Gastgeber.Aldo hat jeden morgen den Pool gereinigt und dieser ist in einen perfekter Zustand, bei einer Größe von 6 x 16 Meter. Für Babinis ist diese Objekt großartig es gibt ein Volleyballfeld und Fußballfeld dazu noch eine Tischtennisplatte und ein Tischkicker.Zum Abschluss kann ich nur sagen ein super Objekt und uns allen hat es in den zwei Wochen sehr gut gefallen.Aldo Du bist ein genialer Sänger und Danke nochmals für das Privatkonzert und viele Grüße an Susi.

Belle demeure

Tres belle maison, les proprietaires sont adorables et très accueillants. La piscine est très appreciable. Seul petit bemol manque un peu d'endroit vegetalisé pour avoir de l'ombre. Nous etions en pleine canicule 38 degrés des endroits ombrés auraient été un plus. Merci encore pour l'accueil nous reviendrons sûrement avec d'autres amis.

Sehr schöner urlaub

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Italien. Aldo, unser Vermieter war täglich ab 7:00 im Einsatz, sodass der Pool gegen 8:00 (bevor wir gefrühstückt hatten) einwandfrei sauber war. Tagsüber hat man ihn nie gesehen, war allerdings bei fragen sofort zur Stelle und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Grundstück war deutlich schöner und größer, insbesondere der Pool, als auf den Bildern zu erkennen. Wir werden aufjedenfall wiederkommen, da sowohl die kinder, als auch wir Erwachsene einen wundervollen Urlaub hatten. Vielen Dank nochmal an Aldo und seine Frau für diesen wundervollen Urlaub.

Helemaal top!

Wij hebben en geweldig vakantie gehad! Het appartement was aan alle behoeften voorzien, wij zijn er 2 weken geweest het was heel warm rond de 37 graden😅wel altijd een briesje en gelukkig Airco in het huis en ook in 2 slaapkamers en de andere airco was tegenover een 3e slaapkamer die fungeerde ook voor de keuken, dus onze nachten waren koel. Buiten was ook aan alles gedacht geweldig zwembad super schoon mooi en helder water, de eigenaar Aldo Natalini maakt het zwembad ook 2 x per dag schoon s’ochtends en s’avonds. De locatie was ook helemaal top! waardoor we echt super veel mooie bekende plaatsen hebben kunnen bezichtigen. De eigenaren waren ontzettend aardig en heel behulpzaam, super bedankt!

La villa è molto bella e curata, con giochi per bambini e molti spazi a disposizione. La piscina è ben tenuta e pulita. Unica cosa è l'autostrada che passa a poche decine di metri dalla villa e abbastanza rumorosa. La vista di grossi contenitori del gas, rovina un pò il posto. Nel complesso è carino.

Herrliche Ferien

Die Wohnung liegt komplett umzäunt inmitten eines riesigen Gartens mit Fußball-, Volley/Federballplatz, Tischtennisplatte, Boule- Bahn und einem extra eingezäunten Pool, der sowohl zum Spielen wie auch zum Schwimmen taugt. Der Vermieter kümmert sich sehr intensiv um die Anlage, war aber für uns (obwohl im selben Haus wohnend) nicht wirklich ‚sichtbar‘. Ja, das Objekt liegt nahe an der Autobahn, und die Autos hört man, aber wer in Städten lebt, ist oft mehr Lärm gewohnt. Dafür sind die Städte Pisa, Lucca und Florenz in kürzester Zeit erreichbar, und auch fußläufig ein Bäcker oder diverse Supermärkte/ Einkaufszentren unter 10km mit dem Auto. Unsere verkehrsbedingt verspätete Ankunft war kein Problem. Die Wohnung ist klimatisiert und war sauber geputzt. Die Möbel und Badezimmer sind zwar nicht ganz modern, da wir uns aber im Wesentlichen draußen aufgehalten haben oder unterwegs waren, hat uns das nichts ausgemacht. Aldo war bei Fragen stets erreichbar, entweder persönlich oder auch mal per SMS. Insgesamt verbrachten wir bei warmen Frühsommertemperaturen zwei schöne erholsame Wochen mir viel ‚Freilauf‘ in Garten, Pool und in der umgebenden Toscana.

Paradise ... for dogs too!

Stunning property perfectly located near to Lucca, Pisa and Florence. Huge garden (surrounded by fences so your dog can run free and happy with no danger of running off) with lots of fun activities for kids (swings, football goals, badminton nets etc.) as well as very large swimming pool. The friendliest owners happy to help with everything. Fully recommend!

Wunderbar für einen Urlaub mit Kindern!

Wir waren 2 Wochen in der Ferienwohnung von Herrn Natalini. Das Hightlight war der große und sehr saubere Pool, den Herr Natalini 2x täglich pflegt. Der Pool ist auf der einen Seite ca. 1 m tief, auf der anderen ca. 1,50m, in der Mitte ist eine Schwelle. Unsere Kinder konnten wunderbar schwimmen, tauchen und Köpfer üben. Der Garten ist riesengroß, größer als ein Fußballplatz. Es gibt diverse Spielmöglichkeiten (Federball, Fußball, Tischkicker etc.). Herr Natalini ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Er wohnt in der Wohnung im ersten Stock und spricht ein wenig Englisch. Außer bei Einzug und beim Auszug haben wir ihn kaum gesehen, er wäre aber jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung gestanden. Die direkte Umgebung könnte idyllischer sein. Die Autobahn ist in Sicht- und Hörweite (hat uns aber wenig gestört) und auf der anderen Seite des Anwesens befindet sich ein Industriegelände (nicht hübsch, aber kein Lärm als wir da waren). Lucca ist nur ca. 25 Autominuten entfernt. Zu empfehlen ist die Eisdiele Paniko...unglaublich lecker. Die Region bietet sehr viele Ausflugsziele….das Meer, die Burg von Monte Carlo, die Steinbrüche von Carrara (Marmor), Florenz, Pisa, Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra etc….allesamt ca. 30-80 Autominuten entfernt. Wer genug hat von Stadtbesichtigungen, kann aber einfach einen ruhigen Tag am Pool verbringen. Bäckereien, Supermärkte, Restaurants, Tankstellen etc. findet man auch im nahegelegenen Altopascio. ca. 5min mit dem Auto. Die Wohnung an sich ist sehr groß und funktionell, könnte aber für meinen Geschmack etwas moderner eingerichtet sein. Es gab 3 Doppelbetten und 1 Einzelbett, die Couch hätte man wahrscheinlich auch noch zu einem Bett umfunktionieren können. Alles in allem ausreichend Platz für 1 oder sogar 2 Familien (oder 1 Familie mit Oma und Opa). Wir haben einen unserer besten Familienurlaube bei Herrn Natalini verbracht und denken immer wieder gerne daran zurück.

Schönes Haus mit vielen Freizeitmöglichkeiten

Es war ein toller Urlaub. Am Haus selbst kann man viel Zeit verbringen, aber es dient auch gut als Ausgangspunkt um zum Meer oder anderen Orten zu fahren. Das Haus selbst befindet sich direkt an der Autobahn, was aber kaum stört und auch von Vorteil sein kann. Im oberen Stock wohnen die netten Gastgeber selbst, der untere Stock, das große Gelände und vor allem den Pool hat man jedoch für sich ganz alleine. Sehr empfehlenswert für Familien oder kleine Gruppen!

Una settimana meravigliosa

Siamo stati accolti da Aldo e sua moglie e ci siamo sentiti subito a casa. L'appartamento, con ingresso indipendente, era pulitissimo, comodo e spazioso (io, mio marito, i miei 5 figli e mia sorella!!). Intorno a noi un grandissimo giardino, tenuto magnificamente: campo da calcio, calcetto, bocce, ping-pong... i miei figli avevano solo l'imbarazzo della scelta! Per non parlare della piscina: tutta per noi, pulitissima, ben attrezzata, con tantissime comodità (doccia esterna e perfino un piccolo bagno)! Il tutto nel completo, silenzio, pace e tranquillità.. In questo luogo ci siamo sentiti coccolati: è stata una vera e bellissima vacanza! Ci torneremo sicuramente!!!

Top Haus super Preis

Sehr freundlicher Vermieter, das Objekt liegt etwas anders als laut FeWo-direkt angegeben, haben uns nach Ankunft und Fahrt zum Supermarkt einmal verfahren Herr Natalini war sehr freundlich und hat uns abgeholt damit wir wieder zurück finden. Großes Grundstück viel Platz zum Spielen und der Pool ist das Highlight. Super geeignet für Paare, Familien mit Kindern oder mit Hunden. Ruhig freundlich nicht weit entfernt von Sehenswürdigkeiten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Als Hinweis der Pinocchio Park in Collodi ist leider nicht empfehlenswert da sehr teuer und wohl auch schon etwas runtergekommen. Am Haus selbst sind sehr viele Spielemöglichkeiten gegeben. Der Vermieter und seine Tochter sind immer darauf bedacht dass es ihren Gästen gut geht. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Abbiamo soggiornato dal 29 al 2 gennaio due famiglie con 3 ragazzi 10 e 14 anni più piccoli cane. Esterno ampio giardino dove i ragazzi hanno giocato senza problemi. Casa arredamento non moderno ma funzionale stanze abbastanza spaziose. Cucina ampia.
