Apartment for up to 6 people with private pool

POOL is shared with guests of the apartment GIULIA!
A dream on the hills of Pistoia with private pool and beautiful views!
Our stone house is located in the middle of an olive grove with 500 olive trees, on the hills of Quarrata few kilometers from Pistoia.
The house is divided into 2 large and completely independent apartments: "FABIO" and "GIULIA", each with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.
The entrances of the apartments are located on opposite sides. So privacy and rest is saved even if the apartments are rented getrannt!
Prior to each apartment in the Garden there is a table with chairs and umbrella.
There is also a gazebo where you can sit about 12 people with a long table. THIS IS THE DESCRIPTION OF APARTMENT "FABIO".
The apartment "FABIO" develops on 2 levels. On the ground floor the main entrance goes directly into the furnished with a fireplace and 2 sofas living room. In addition, is the dining room with its French door to the garden and a table for 8 people.
4 steps lead to the kitchen and adjoining full bathroom.
The kitchen goes directly into the garden and is equipped with hob with gas hob, electric oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and coffee maker. Crockery, cutlery, pots and pans are available for more than 8 persons.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom with natural light.
2 bedroom with double bed (160x200)
1 bedroom with queen bed (140x200)
Sheets, towels and kitchen linen can be provided with consultation and will be changed every week.
The large garden, the pool and parking are included in shared use with the guests of the apartment "GIULIA".
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Pool is open starting 15th May through first October week. These dates can slightly change according weather condition.
Heating: according Italian law it is possible to use heating in Tuscany from 1st November through 10th April. Heating costs are NOT INCLUDED in rental price. If needed heating costs will be calculated on real consumption applying costs on the last bill we got.

Lovely Country home with great view

The apartment (1/2 a house) was very nice and clean, well furnished, and in an amazing location. The house has been nicely finished out and really makes you feel you are staying in a Tuscan farmhouse. Giulia was a very accommodating host, wonderful to work with, and very responsive.

Splendid Tuscan Villa

The villa is absolutely wonderful. The cleanliness is fantastic, and all facilities you would need. Inside space is perfect for 6 guests, and the outside sitting, eating and pool areas are fabulous. We enjoyed the stay so much we decided to miss a day trip to Florence! Giulia is a wonderful host, communicated very well and made sure we had everything we needed. We were able to try some of the olive oil produced on their property, eat some freshly picked cherries, and the elderly hens even laid us a few eggs one morning! We would highly recommend this property, and hope to return again soon.

Unbelievable luxury

Really impressed in every respect. The welcome received by the hosts, the sheer luxury of the villa with the most stylish, tasteful and qualitative furniture and ornaments. Every room was beautiful. The outdoors equally well thought through with a stunning pool, lovely olive grove and a great bbq which was so easy to use. Overall a very impressive and luxurious stay and we can only thank Julia and her family for making us feel so welcome

Peaceful quiet location

Very clean and comfortable house. Host Giulia was helpful and friendly. She accepted that it was their error that the pool was not advertised as closed in the spring, which was a shame as the pool looked wonderful in the garden. Great BBQ area with the view down the valley. Many steps in the house made it difficult for those with reduced mobility. Lovely quiet location but not too remote. just above the local town. Ideal for seeing Florence and Pisa.

Fabelhaft

Ein Traumhaus in perfekter Lage! Das antike Haus und der Garten sind bis ins Detail liebevoll gestaltet und top gepflegt. Der große Pool wurde täglich gereinigt. Von Buriano aus haben wir Florenz, Pisa, Vinci und Monteriggioni besichtigt, alles schnell erreichbar. Besonders möchten wir uns bei Guilia bedanken! Wir werden das Haus weiterempfehlen und bestimmt irgendwann nochmal zurückkommen. Fünf Sterne :)

Mooi, schoon met prachtig uitzicht

Prachtig huis met mooie tuin, sfeervol ingericht en alles goed onderhouden. Schitterend uitzicht vanaf de heuvel en toch ben je zo bij allerlei voorzieningen. Ik heb ook zelden zo’n schoon vakantiehuis gezien. Giulia (en Elena ook) doet haar uiterste best om je te helpen wanneer nodig en de vakantie naar de zin te maken (en wij hebben dat goed getest met ziek kind en lekke band… we konden echt op hen terugvallen). Olijfboomgaard van de familie rondom het huis. Wij komen graag een keertje terug!

Idéalement située à une demi-heure de Florence, la propriété est un havre de paix avec une vue imprenable sur la plaine et les collines environnantes. L'intérieur, aménagé avec goût, comporte tout le confort nécessaire. Moments de détente et de convivialité assurés sur la grande terrasse ou au bord de la piscine. Perfekte Auszeit mit Panoramablick

Buriano liegt sehr nahe bei Florenz und ist damit die perfekte Ausgangslage für Städtetrips. Das Ferienhaus liegt weitab vom Tourismus auf einem Hügel mit guter Erreichbarkeit von Supermärkten und sonstigen Geschäften. Die Gastgeber sind extrem zuvorkommend und helfen sehr gerne bei Fragen. Das Ferienhaus ist wunderschön und authentisch, sauber und gepflegt. Der Pool wurde auch täglich in den frühen Morgenstunden sehr aufwendig gereinigt. Wir können das Ferienhaus jedem nur wärmstens empfehlen. Mit 3 Kindern hatten wir sehr viel Spaß im 1Meter tiefen Pool, doch auch sehr viel Ruhe.

Schönes Haus ruhigen gelegen im Olivenhain

Sehr nette Vermieter, Ferienhaus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Vermieter hat das Haus mit sehr viel Liebe ins Detail renoviert . Schöner Pool leider etwas zu niedrig. Für Familien mit Kindern super Badenspaß ! Wir hatten während des Aufenthalts unseren Hund dabei, das Grundstück ist nicht komplett eingezäunt für Hunde mit ausgeprägter Jagdneigung bedingt geeignet. Tolle Aussicht in die Ebene Richtung Prato und Pistoia Quarrata bietet keine besondere touristische Sehenswürdigkeit, daher Ausflüge nach Pisa und Florenz empfehlenswert

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus in traumhafter Umgebung

Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und befindet sich in traumhafter Alleinlage auf einem Hügel. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Auch ein schöner Pool ist vorhanden. Von den Sitzplätzen draußen hat man eine phänomenale Aussicht über Olivenhaine und die Ortschaft Quarrata. Die Gastgeberin Giulia ist sehr herzlich und aufmerksam. Wir sind rundum begeistert.

Wunderbarer Urlaub in einer traumhaften Umgebung

Unsere Wohnung war unglaublich schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Ausblick ist grandios und die Ruhe einfach himmlisch. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und der Pool ist eine willkommene Erfrischung an heißen Tagen. Die Vermieter waren sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. In der nächstgelegenen Stadt Quarrata sind so gut wie keine Touristen anzutreffen. Pisa, Lucca oder Siena sind problemlos innerhalb von maximal 70 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Nach Florenz empfiehlt es sich den Zug zu nehmen. Von Pistoia aus ist dies sehr einfach, komfortabel und stressfrei möglich. Gerne wieder.
