Wonderful stay

My family stayed here for a month and had a great experience. Location, size, comfort and cleanliness met all their needs. Todd was also very receptive when needed and they’re already planning another stay in the Fall! Hoping this will be their go to spot to come out and visit us and spend time with their grandchildren :)

Winter Escape!

Wishing to be near my family, and an escape from the long winter in Vermont, this property offered both. Todd was a great host. He was readily available to answer any questions I had. The condo is large and fully equipped. Although the location is very close to all that Encinitas offers, it's best suited for families with a car. Thank you, Todd. I really appreciate your willingness to help me when I was unable to return to Vermont as planned.

My wife and I had a great stay at Todd's place in Encinitas while we were there for work. It was the perfect size and location for us, our 2-year-old, and my in-laws. Clean and comfortable!

We have 4 children (Our son not shown in photo) and we can't see ourselves raising our family in any other place. We bought this condo as a place for our family to come and visit us as they live all over the country. We look forward to having you as our guests and hope you can take in all this place has to offer.

Why they chose this property

This home has everything you need to make you comfortable. It is centrally located to not only the local North County attractions, but it is also a short distance to all of what San Diego can offer. Sea World, the San Diego Zoo, Downtown San Diego, and the Wild Animal Park all are within 30 minutes drive. The world famous Legoland is only a short 10 minutes away. If you are just looking to relax and enjoy the beach, its right there!

What makes this property unique

We wanted a place where people feel like they are not leaving home. It is quaint and comfortable and the community residents are super friendly.
