The house is located in San Teodoro in the Miriacheddu village, very quiet. Less than a kilometer from the village, a few minutes from the beach, it is ideal for families with children or groups of friends.
It is spread over two floors, consists of 3 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms, large veranda overlooking a large 300m2 garden, outdoor shower, is equipped with wifi, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer.
Located in an ideal geographical context, close to many tourist locations and wonderful beaches.
Large free parking available in front of the house.
