On the ground floor there is the kitchen (with dishwasher), the pantry with washing machine, the living room with television and sofa bed and the first bathroom with bath and shower. On the first floor there is a second bathroom, a walk-in closet and a bedroom with a balcony.
The house and 'also has a large porch where there is a further dining area with table and chairs and a relaxation area with sofa and armchairs. In the same area, and 'mind the barbecue to cook and eat outside.
