Gambler's Retreat is a five-bedroom, four-bath second row home with ocean and inlet views, located 2.4 miles south of Garden City Pier in Gulf Stream Estates. This home features a fully-equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher, microwave, two refrigerators, bar with ice maker, as well as a washer, dryer, central heat and air conditioning, LVT flooring and ceiling fans in every room. Four flat-screen TVs (cable), four DVD players and CD/stereo player are also provided. An additional family room with the second refrigerator is located on the ground floor. Sleeping accommodations include one king, two queens and one twin-sized bed, as well as three twin-over-twin bunk bed sets (two with trundles), and one double-sized sleeper sofa. Three bedrooms are upstairs and two are downstairs. The bathrooms are evenly split between the floors. Outdoor amenities include a custom-built 34-by-18-foot private pool with wet deck, bench seats and waterfall, three sundecks, large front screened porch, outdoor shower, and Weber gas grill. No smoking. No pets. Maximum occupancy: 15

Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other points of interest include Marlin Quay Marina and restaurants Sara J's Seafood Restaurant, Gulfstream Café, and Original Sam's Corner.

Just south of Garden City Beach is Murrells Inlet, a seaside community considered the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina" and home to some of the nation's best golf courses. Once primarily a fishing village, the town is best known for the Murrells Inlet MarshWalk, a half-mile-long boardwalk overlooking a pristine salt marsh, and the many award-winning restaurants along Highway 17 Business in the central business district.

Brookgreen Gardens, a sculpture garden and wildlife preserve built on four former rice plantations, is located slightly south of the MarshWalk. It features several themed gardens with American figurative sculptures, trails through several nature reserve ecosystems, and the Lowcountry Zoo.

It's a picturesque and exquisitely preserved southern city with antebellum architecture, cobblestone streets, and historical landmarks.
