Outdoor Living

The backyard is designed for relaxing after a beach day. Spend the afternoon swimming in your private 12’ x 24’ in-ground pool, then rinse off and relax in the hot tub. In the evenings, grill dinner and gather around the fire pit while the kids continue to swim.

Pool lighting allows for enjoyable evening swims, and the patio seating area makes it easy for everyone to be together even when doing different activities.

Parking includes covered parking under the home plus driveway space for approximately 4–5 vehicles depending on size.

The system warms the pool during cooler months and cools it during the summer for comfortable swimming temperatures. For equipment protection, the system may not operate if outside temperatures fall below 55°F.

Important Information Before Booking

A rental agreement is required for all reservations. After booking, you will receive a short-term rental agreement for electronic signature. The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and must be present for the duration of the stay. The agreement must be signed before check-in instructions are provided.

For guest safety and property protection, the home has exterior security cameras only located at the front door/doorbell, driveway, and backyard/pool area. There are no cameras inside the home or in any private interior spaces.

Maximum occupancy is 16 registered guests. All guests must be included in the reservation. Unauthorized visitors or parties are not permitted.

House guidelines: no parties or events, no smoking inside the home, no pets, no fireworks, no glass around the pool, and no grilling on decks or porches. Please help us keep the home in excellent condition for future guests.

The property includes a pool and hot tub. Children must always be supervised, and use of these amenities is at guests’ discretion and responsibility.

Windswept is a privately owned vacation home and not a hotel or long-term residence. Reservations provide temporary vacation occupancy only for the reserved dates.
