We would like to point out that this house is not suitable for noisy festive events. Indeed, the peaceful setting of the place invites calm and respect for the neighborhood, both human and animal, the house being located in an inhabited hamlet (locality).

House on three floors with 5 closed bedrooms + 1 open bedroom and 2 sleeping places, 3 bathrooms, 2 showers, 4 toilets, composed of two gîtes (a large 180m² gîte on 2 floors 4 closed bedrooms 3 bathrooms 3 toilets 14 pers //) and a small gîte 50 m² 1 bedroom with 2 double beds / 1 living room / 1 shower room + wc 6 pers) for rent together with heated swimming pool with heat pump allowing a temperature of 25/26 ° C in summer . Outdoor play area: table football, pingpong, badminton, football cage, bowling green and hammock ..... Entire house living area: 250 m² including a large covered terrace for dining together on the pool side. Another terrace offers a stone barbecue and a pizza / bread oven. Large kitchen with large smeg gas piano, 3 refrigerators / freezers 2 washing machines 2 dryers. Near the Ardèche gorges and the Ardèche plateau ... Hiking trails starting from the house.
