Beautiful apartment in an unbeatable location, next to the Yacht club, beach and down town.
The house is in a second floor and has two bedrooms. The first one is a double room with 180cm bed and the second one with a double sofa bed (only for children under 7 years old). The apartment has two bathrooms, one with bath and the other one with shower.
The independent kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave fridge with freezer and dishwasher. The living room has sat-TV and two balconies.
The apartment has central air conditioner and also for enjoying in the coolest months central heating.
The Yacht club is 200m from the house, to the beach just 500m, to the city centre 900m, supermarkets 700m and restaurants less than 1km.
Electricity and Gas (if any) are included from June to September.
From October to May they are not included: The cost per Kw consumed and the cost of Gas will be paid according to the agency's conditions.

Tolle Lage

Sehr gute Lage, schöner Ausblick über die Stadt, viel Platz, alles vorhanden was man braucht, schnelle Hilfe der Ferienvermittlung bei Problemen Ein neuer Staubsauger und für den Winter eine zusätzliche Heizung oder die Klimaanlage erneuern. Wurde nicht wirklich warm damit.
