Is a two story house and is available for 4 or 6 people.
The covered parking has space for two vehicles where through a stair with some steps we find the main entrance located in the second floor. There are two double bedrooms, one with double bed and the other one with two individual beds. Both bedrooms with air conditioner. The bathroom with shower and wash machine.
The American kitchen has all the amenities you’ll need, microwave, oven, toaster, fridge with freezer and ceramic hob. The living room has Sat-TV and stereo. There is a glass terrace where the dining room is with views to the garden and swimming pool.
The out site stairs bring us to the basement floor where we find a studio where the third double room is with ceiling fan, also with a bathroom with shower. We find a shade terrace with swimming pool and garden views.
When the house is booked for 4 people the studio will be closed.
Distance to the beach is 4km, to down town 5km, restaurants 2km and supermarkets 3km.

Electricity and Gas (if any) are included from June to September.
From October to May they are not included: The cost per Kw consumed and the cost of Gas will be paid according to the agency's conditions.
