Recreation: You can have wonderful walks in the oak groves and chestnut woods or along clear streams which surround Monticiano and look for chestnuts and mushrooms. You can even watch hares, deer, wild boars and pheasants and go hunting with some local hunters. There is a reserved car park or you can ask for parking in a garage.

"Situé dans un tout petit...

"Situé dans un tout petit village typique, l'appartement est magnifique, très bien décoré et bien aménagé mais surtout très confortable. Les propriétaires sont fort sympathiques. Les paysages environnnants sont renversants. Une petite église du X1 ème siècle surplombe la place, de quoi faire rêver... Le village est bien situé, au centre de la Toscane, donnant accès, d'une direction à l'autre, aux villes des plus attrayantes de l'Italie. Épicerie, boulangerie, pizzéria, etc., toutes les commodités sont approximité. À découvrir!"

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in ruhiger Umgebung

Monticiano ist ein ruhiges, angenehmes Dorf mit sehr netten Menschen inmitten der Toskana. Vieles ist in 45 Minuten, eineinhalb Stunden mit einem PKW zu erreichen. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit- vielen Dank! Die Wohnung war komplett eingerichtet. Da es nachts abkühlt, war es tagsüber auch nicht zu heiß in der Wohnung trotz der für die Jahreszeit üblichen hohen Temperaturen. Wer Ruhe sucht und zugleich Ausflüge machen möchte, ist hier gut aufgehoben.

A traditional town home, with many home comforts

The accommodation was spacious and had most domestic facilities provided. It does not have air conditioning however, and as the temperatures reached 40 degrees C, a fan or two would have been welcome. It is also in a busy residential corner, which means that there is quite a lot of noise from surrounding traffic, neighbours, church bells etc. but the ambience was comfortable.

Super endroit , appartement très bien entretenu (petit bémol , beaucoup de bruit la nuit car chambre donnant sur rue, la piscine est une piscine municipale . sinon bon séjour

Famiglia ordinata e rispettosa dell'ambiente che l'ha accolta, ma forse un pò troppo severa nel non tollerare una serata in piena estate quando le finestre sono aperte, due chiacchere in strada e qualche grido di bambino che gioca felice e libero sotto casa dando semmai qualche calcio al pallone. Il tutto fa parte del folclore di un paesino di campagna che i signori non hanno saputo apprezzare. Mi dispiace ma credo che ciò non meritasse una penalizzazione di due punti nell'apprezzamento da loro dato. In quanto alla piscina era ben chiaro nella presentazione che è una piscina comunale. Trovo ingiusto che non abbiano dato un giusto valore alla pulizia ed al buon gusto dell'appartamento.

Vacanza tranquilla

Appartamento pulito, grazioso e ben arredato. Peccato che nella descrizione si menzionava la piscina (comunale, a circa un chilometro) ed il parcheggio (comunale a 500 metri). Per il resto, zona tranquilla per un completo relax.

Ringrazio la signora Valentina per le parole spese sul mio appartamento. Vorrei precisare tuttavia che nella descrizione dell'appartamento era menzionata la piscina comunale ed il posteggio auto( a Monticiano esistono vari posteggi auto, tutti gratuiti, di cui uno è a 50 mt, nella piazza antistante l'ingresso dell'appartamento).

"Ottima pulizia e arredamento molto curato. Casa dotata di ogni conforts come descritto nell'annuncio. Il costo del riscaldamento non è da sottovalutare. Il paese è piccolo ma la sua buona posizione geografica permette di visitare tutta la provincia di Siena in poco tempo. Peccato che nel periodo da noi visitato (15-21 aprile '10) molti agriturismi erano ancora chiusi. Grazie per l'ospitalità."
