The holiday home is on a slope on a fenced plot of 1000m2 with a stunning panoramic view over Dénia and the sea. The plot is accessible from two sides, from the upper entrance, which is in a cul-de-sac, the house is reached by a few steps. At the lower part, you climb 25m to reach the covered parking from which you access the house by about 30 steps. The two-storey house is distributed as follows: on the upper floor, where the main entrance is located, there is a living-dining room with TV/SAT, an American kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and large fridge with freezer. From the dining room, you can enjoy the beautiful views, and it has exits to the terraces and to the kidney-shaped pool of 8x4m with Roman steps and an outdoor shower. Also on the upper floor, there is a double bedroom and a bathroom. On the lower floor, accessed by an interior staircase, there are two double bedrooms with single beds and a bathroom. There is a storage room with a washing machine. The house has internet connection.



According to municipal ordinance, barbecue with fire cannot be used from 1 June to 15 October.



In long-stay rates, electricity and heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets) are not included, nor wifi, sheets or towels. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.
